classifications of home locations.
Oceanfront Homes at Dunescape
Premier Holden Beach homes on the oceanfront in their own private community,
complete with swimming pool, tennis, basketball and volleyball. Dunescape
is only one mile from the bridge.
Oceanfront
Directly on the beach, ocean front homes have private access to the beach.
Holden Beach West End Oceanfront Homes
Directly on the beach, spaciously sized and well appointed, ocean front homes located in a private gated community.
Dunescape
Located on top of the highest dunes on the island, in their own private
community with exceptional amenities.
Seaside Homes at Winding River
These homes offer excellent water views of either the waterway, Atlantic Ocean or both and a private community swimming pool.
Oceanside Homes
Unobstructed ocean views. Just a short walk to the beach access.
Second Row
These homes are located right across the street from the ocean. Great
views, great access.
Holden Beach West End Second Row Homes
Next door to the oceanfront, in private gated community. Many with mulitple water views.
Canal/Waterway Homes
Ideal for people who enjoy boating and fishing, these Holden Beach homes
are located on canals, which lead to the Intracoastal Waterway. Waterway
homes are directly on the Intracoastal Waterway. Most offer floating docks
and sun decks. Public beach access is just a short walk away.
 Dune
Quiet and secluded, many offer ocean, marsh or waterway views with a
convenient beach access.
Mainland Golf Course Community
Golf Course condominiums.
Your vacation home represents a significant investment for the property
