Tremendous views from upper-level living area of the inverted floor plan. Full-length decks front and back, WIFI, TVs, and ceiling fans. Enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower. Pool closed November through March. BED LINENS PROVIDED (BEDS IN BEDROOMS ONLY) FOR WEEKLY RENTALS. NO TOWELS PROVIDED but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

We vacationed here with our adult childen, their spouses, and children. We loved the close proximity to the beach. The bedrooms were great for our family. Since we had small children we appreciated the security chimes on the sliding doors near the pool. The pool was a great size for our group. There were plenty of chairs. The porches were very nice. Loved the rockers. The kitchen was well appointed with a variety of small appliances , dishes and serving dishes. The livingroom / diningroom was comfortable and very nicely decorated. We had plenty of seating for meals. The house is decorated in a bright and airy relaxing decor. We would definitely rent this property again!

The place was great. The view from the front porch was amazing in the morning. Our family loved how close the beach access was, it was just a quick walk across the street and it was there. I am glad we did this trip and will hope to do it again in the future.

Excellent beach house! Our family of 9 had plenty of room and really enjoyed our stay here. Pool was great and there were pool floats and beach toys provided. Kitchen was well equipped for the breakfast and lunch cooking we did and included a Keurig coffee maker. Two dishwashers were nice to have since one meal for 9 would fill up one.Can't wait to come back again.

Welcome Home is a very beautiful home to stay in on vacation. I loved the inverted floor plan (except when carrying the groceries up). The views from the kitchen, living room and dining room were amazing! Having a private pool is wonderful as well. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Beautiful, comfortable home. Would definitely stay here again! Very close to the beach. This is our favorite beach. Waves are calm which is nice for the kids. We saw lots of dolphins too! We appreciated the alarms on there bunk bed rooms so we didn't have to worry about the kids going out on there deck.

This home is very welcoming and comfortably furnished. The pool and beach access is great. The only thing that could make it better would be if it were ocean front. Even with the showers and rain we have enjoyed our stay.

Welcome Home is a beautiful and truly welcoming vacation home. It exceeded our expectations with the calming decor and comfortable furnishings. The location gave us the best of both worlds with the beach and ocean just steps away and a refreshing, private pool on the premises. Our only complaint...seven days went much too quickly- leaving us wishing for a longer stay. We cannot wait to return next year. Wonderfully restful and relaxing time on Holden Beach!
