Description

This beautiful home has three king suites and a bunk room sleeping five. Sitting room has a daybed (no linens for this bed). Smart TVs in livingroom, sitting room and all bedrooms, SRS and high speed wireless internet. 2 booster seats/high chair and pack & play. New Charcoal Grill. Professionally decorated and well equipped – lots of extras! Two ocean side porches with new rockers, bar tables, deck chairs, outside shower and oceanside heated pool with huge deck.  **BED LINENS PROVIDED (BEDROOMS ONLY) FOR WEEKLY RENTALS. NO TOWELS PROVIDED but may be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.**  

 

***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June-August. Please call for more details.***

We were very pleased with how the house was equipped for our vacation stay. Plenty of chairs for sitting upright. When we had a thunderstorm in the early a.m. hours Tuesday that knocked out our Internet/cable service I contacted Nicole at Coastal Vacation properties and she immediately took care of our needs contacting Spectrum and getting our Internet issues resolved within a few hours. She provided very efficient and prompt service.

This is our second time at Sunny Times, although the first time we had to leave early due to a hurricane. We love the house, the pool, the distance from the beach and all of the beach equipment offered at this home.

Our visits to Holden Beach and Sunnytimes feel like we are returning home. The care the owners give to Sunnytimes and the attention to detail do not go unappreciated. The home has everything you need. The house leaves you with an experience that last long after you leave. The views are amazing and the team at Coastal add to the experience by providing genuine friendly interest and care to the pleasure of our stay. The only negative we can provide about the house is that we had to leave ! In reality we are not sad , just so thrilled to have experienced Holden Beach and The Brightest of Sunny Times. The house that is like a home to us. Perfect in every way. Sunny times has all you need. The home is well equipped and the decor spares no details we Re so thankful for the opportunity to sit on the porch, stroll the beach, read a book and relax at this lovely home. Ann Lynch and the crew at the office are outstanding and we appreciate their kindness.

This was our 24th year at Holden Beach and we have stayed at many homes, some with pool and some without. My family fell in love with Sunny Times! My kids are older now and loved the pool, corn hole and the Jenga game. They had a blast. Sunny Times felt like a home. It was so nicely decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed except a tea kettle, which I plan on bringing next year and leaving with the home. Needless to say, it was unanimous that we stay at Sunny Times next year and it has already been booked! Thank you for a great vacation and great memories!

Our family has been visiting Holden's Beach annually for the past 14 years, various houses Oceanfront and Second Row. This year was our third year at Sunny Times and we do consider this one of the better homes to stay. Meets all of our needs as a family and booked again for 2018 same house.

Just loved this place. They had everything we needed and the rooms are so cute. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook with. The location is perfect and having a pool with all the pool toys was so nice. We had a party of eight and we all just loved it. Sitting on the back porch watching the ocean was just heaven. Thank you for a great place

Sunny Times provided Fun Times. It was excellent! If come back to Holden Beach, I would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful Easter Break. It was clean, saw no bugs. It had everything you could need in a house. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, Great oceanfront views. It is close to the bridge to get on & off island.

Our family reunion tradition is held at Holden Beach every year, and our family secure multiple houses along the beach. This is our 12th year securing a beach house and must admit Sunny Times has been one of our best homes. Fully equipped with the right amount of bedrooms, bathrooms and amenities. The addition of the pool was welcomed by us all and morning coffee on the deck looking out over the ocean was quality time that we all embraced. Thank you from our family to yours.

Very nice house, especially the swimming pool! Minor issues were taken care of immediately! The house is very well maintained!
