Relax in the shade and have fun in the sun in this beautifully decorated, spacious oceanfront home with three separate living spaces which include a Carolina room on the first floor with a queen sleeper sofa and TV; a first floor great room with 42” TV with expanded cable; and a sitting room upstairs with queen sleeper sofa and TV. Master Suite features an attached sunroom and master bath with Jacuzzi tub and steam shower. Flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, luxury vinyl flooring in all bathrooms, Oceanfront yard with private pool. Pool closed November-March. Enclosed outside enclosed shower, game area, tiki bar, grill, picnic tables, and lounge chairs. BED LINENS PROVIDED (BEDROOMS ONLY) FOR WEEKLY RENTALS. NO TOWELS PROVIDED but may be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

This house was immaculate! It has so many “extras” that aren’t mentioned anywhere in the description- many beach chairs, buckets and toys, lots of pool toys and floats, dishes and cookware are plentiful (best frying pans and cookware of anywhere we’ve stayed) lots of games, kitchen linens and bath mats are at the house (would have been nice to have known this so we didn’t spend money renting these). The outdoor living area at this house is simply amazing as is the garage-level game room, kitchen, and bar. Overall this house is definitely 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Sweet Dreams By The Sea is exactly that....! The home is absolutely beautiful and perfect! We have stayed at different houses over a 20+ year span, and this home is by far our favorite! From the basement to the top it is perfect!

My family enjoyed every minute of our stay at Sweet Dreams by the Sea. This is our second year staying at this property, and it was just as enjoyable this year as last. We are planning on reserving the house next year.

Our family has stayed at "Sweet Dreams By the Sea" for several years now. We love the house, the pool, and easy access to the beach. Everything about the house is welcoming and makes us feel at home. We have already placed our reservation for next year!

The pool was an amazing place to gather and cool off after a hot day on the beach. We love Holden Beach, and we have rented several properties. This was by far the best one yet.
