Nicely furnished and decorated canal home located at private end of street with all new appliances, flooring, carpet and countertops. This home features a large 4g 55-inch flat screen smart TV in the living area with a whole-house DVR. New living room furniture. Well equipped kitchen, TV's in all bedrooms, new floating dock, enclosed hot/cold outside shower and a large pinball machine downstairs for extra entertainment. New for 2018, a MS. Pac-Man arcade. Beach access located down the street between 915 & 917 OBW. BED LINENS PROVIDED (BEDS IN BEDROOMS ONLY) FOR WEEKLY RENTALS. NO TOWELS PROVIDED but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

We stayed here last year in 2022. We are currently at another home on Holden Beach for our 2023 vacation, and each of us misses Sea Shanty as if it were our own home. We have already held the house for next year! Thank you to the owners of this amazing little home. It shows your love and care in its decor, cleanliness and upkeep. We already can't wait for next year!

Sea Shanty is by far the best house we have ever stayed at while at Holden Beach.We didn’t want for anything! The beds were so comfy and we slept so well. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, the kids enjoyed the game room. We have definitely found our forever vacation home to rent!!

Beautifully decorated with multiple outdoor spaces to read, gather, or escape, has made this property one of the best best I've ever stayed in. We loved being able to plop our kayaks into the water off the dock easily and paddle out to explore the intercostal waterway. The house is VERY clean and beautifully decorated, well cared for, and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything a cook needs on vacation, this is a big plus! Overall we loved this house and would rent it again. Didn't mind the walk to the beach, because we rented bikes and a buggy to haul our stuff.

Our stay here was awesome. We love this house and we are excited to retune next year. We have been coming to Holden Beach for years... by far this is the best house!!! WE LOVE IT!!! well stocked and beautiful set up. We look forward to coming next year!!

This property was outstanding, Clean, very clean and furnished very very nice. We appreciated the art work and decorating accents. Appreciated the quality of the house. No bugs, outside venues were clean and very well kept. Landscaping very nice, was proud to say this was our vacation home. This was a mother and daughter vacation and it was wonderful to have this house. We will probably make this our go to vac house. thanks to coastal for your help.

We have rented 7 different houses on Holden Beach and this house is by far the best maintained, furnished, and most comfortable house. The many personal touches really make you feel at home.
