Corner lot provides views of the ICW and sunsets from screened and open air porches. Spacious for family gatherings. Fifth bedroom with daybed and trundle gives you a sitting room or extra kid area. WIFI, flat screen TVs. Enclosed outdoor shower. Beach Access between 1157 & 1159 OBW. BED LINENS (BEDS IN BEDROOMS ONLY) ARE PROVIDED FOR WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY.  NO TOWELS PROVIDED but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

Very nice home. Kitchen well equipped with all amenities needed. Great layout throughout the whole house. The bathroom at the pool was awesome and convenient. Having the large swimming pool was great to have for whole family as well.

Its a awesome house and we enjoyed using it for the week. We loved the shower head in the master bath. The new flooring and rugs upstairs were great. It was a great house and we had no issues! The owners did a great job with this house! Parking was tight but they can not do anything about that.

Beach Ya There was a GREAT house to stay at. Beautiful and comfortable furnishings with a well-equipped kitchen. A nice section of beach with the beach access right across the street, and we LOVED the pool, too. Board games, books, movies all available in the house. Just perfect!

"Beach Ya There" beach home is great - lots of open space, great kitchen-dining area, and bedrooms and baths and pool are amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.
