Captain's Villas amenities include community swimming pool, tennis court, outdoor grills and private access to the beach (short walk to beach access between 1067 & 1069 OBW). Bed Linens provided for weekly rentals (bedrooms only). NO TOWELS, but may be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts. **3 PM CHECK-IN**
RVs, Boats, Trailers, Golf Carts, Electric Motor Vehicles and similar items are not allowed in the Captain’s Villas parking lot. Renters are not permitted to invite guests to use the Captain’s Villas amenities (pool, tennis courts, private beach access). Amenities are only for renters actually staying at Captain’s Villas.
