Description

Located in the dunes, this fantastic inverted house plan has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 11) and 3 1/2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen/dining area with seating for 12. All bedrooms have TVs and 3 have ceiling fans. An extra sitting area is available for spreading out and a washer and dryer are available for guest use. Home has WIFI, and expanded cable service. In addition to the pool (pool heater with surcharge), outside amenities include an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, back and front decks, covered porch, screened porch, rockers and other deck/porch furniture, a charcoal grill and guest storage. Close beach access located directly across Ocean Boulevard located between 1185 & 1187 OBW. Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) and Beach/Bath Towel Combo are provided for Weekly Rentals only.

***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June-August. Please call for more details.***

Salty Forever is a great beach house. The location is perfect. The beach access was very close and the beach was not crowded. The house was beautiful and felt like home. The kitchen was one of the most well stocked kitchen we have ever had. Anything you could want was there. Having the pool was also a huge plus. We will be back!

Salty Forever exceeded our expectations. It is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The location is ideal with easy beach access and beautiful views of the ocean and waterway from the house. The floor plan with kitchen, dining room and living room on the same level gave our family the perfect space to gather together. The kitchen is especially well equipped and the appliances top quality. We enjoyed using the charcoal grill by the pool. Loved the rocking chairs on all the decks! Fabulous house!!
