Fabulous 2273 sq ft home with ocean and marsh views.  Inverted floor plan.  Features include private pool with 1700 sq ft of space, outdoor shower and Brazilian hardwood deck open to the marsh.  Bedrooms have access to over 1250 sq ft of decks, screened porch, first level sitting room, upper level dining/living room and well-equipped kitchen.  Additional sleeping accommodations for four include a full sleeper sofa, twin trundle bed and twin sleeper sofa (linens not included for additional beds).  Fireplace, under counter ice maker, 2 dishwashers, gas grill, tankless water heater, WIFI, 5 LED TVs and much more. Beach Access between 963 & 965 OBW. Pool closed November – March. BED LINENS PROVIDED (BEDROOMS ONLY) FOR WEEKLY RENTALS. NO TOWELS PROVIDED but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

Ruffin-it is a gorgeous home. Great location. Great views of the Atlantic and intercostal. High-end ammeneties. Spacious balconys. Screened in porch a bonus.
