Beautiful oceanfront home! Professionally furnished and decorated, this home has it all for “R&R By the Sea”. Each bedroom has its own private bath. Home has two master suites. 5 flat screen TVs. Elevator access to all floors. For family gatherings, well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Large private pool for guest enjoyment. Decks and porches for relaxing and enjoying those beautiful ocean views. Enclosed H/C outdoor shower, 2-car garage, high-speed WIFI. BED LINENS PROVIDED (BEDS IN BEDROOMS ONLY) FOR WEEKLY RENTALS. NO TOWELS PROVIDED but may be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts. 

Please be aware that although this is not a pet friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home.  Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed on this property.

***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June-August. Please call for more details.***

This is our second year to rent R & R By The Sea, and we LOVE it!!! It has all amenities we want, and it is VERY well maintained. We have already booked it again for next year.

This beautiful beach house was perfect for our family. We had 3 couples, so the 3 king bedrooms were great. There were two small children, so they loved the bunk room. It's decorated very nicely, and the furniture was comfortable. The views of the ocean and inlet were magnificent. We would definitely rent this house again. Next time I will bring my own linens. We did not care for the quality of the sheets that were provided, and we didn't have mattress pads. The mattresses were secured in zip bags for protection, but the bags were wrinkled and could be felt through the thin sheets. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. Loved the crock pot and electric mixer. The pool was a perfect size for our group. Loved the layout of the house with the shaded porch. Can't wait to come back again.

This home on the beach with a beautiful kid friendly pool was exactly as the description indicated. It was roomy, comfortable, and the location on the beach made it easy for all to go back and forth between the beach and the pool. The kitchen was well stocked and we ate in most evenings to enjoy relaxing. The TV's in each room gave options for all although with the view who needs TV!! The laundry facility was great and really made life easy. There were 6 adults and 3 kids under the age of 6 and all enjoyed the stay. We plan to return!

We love it here! It's an extended family week for four brothers and their families. As our granddaughters say, "it's heaven"! Some of us come from Minnesota, others from Maryland, Vermont, Pennsylvania and even one from North Carolina-Shallotte as a matter of fact!!! Fun, fun week!!!

R&R by the Sea was a great place to stay. The house was decorated very nice and the view was wonderful. The pool was a nice place to chill and relax, as well as the garage, where we set up our corn hole game and WII games. The kitchen was well equipped and suited the 8 of us just fine. Everyone enjoyed having their own bedroom (4 couples) and bathrom.We enjoyed dining at Seafood Barn, Mainstreet Grill and especially Provisions. Provisions serves the very best yellow fin tuna we have ever eaten.We recommend this house to everyone interested.

We had a great vacation. The house design was perfect for our family; especially with two children. The children's bedroom was a big hit, with the bunk bed. The pool was a lifesaver for entertaining the children. I especially liked the outside shower. Another positive was the private walkway to the beach. Everything was great. I definitely want to bring my family back for our vacation next year!
