Five bedrooms with 3 full baths and 2 half baths allow for large gatherings. Open floor plan with large great room and kitchen. This home has 2 refrigerators for extra storage to save from multiple grocery store trips! Beach access located between 1017 OBW & 1019 OBW. FYI: This house is not part of the Pointe West community. BED LINENS PROVIDED (BEDS IN BEDROOMS ONLY) FOR WEEKLY RENTALS. NO TOWELS PROVIDED but may be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts. 

 

5% discount for active-duty military personnel, veterans, and first responders with identification.

***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June-August. Please call for more details.***

Beautiful property!! Very spacious and comfortable! We are sad to see this week come to and end but we will be back! We want to stay at the same beach house next year! Absolutely love it!

The house was beautiful, comfortable well equipped kitchen. Pool was the favorite for the kits. I love the fact that they had the bunks for the kids, so they could have a room big enough for all of them. The house is more than adequate for a extended family. We will definently book the house again.
