Enjoy a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area, hardwood floors, central heating and air conditioning, a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, cable TVs, a DVD player, and free WiFi. This home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a queen bed in each of the first two bedrooms and a double bed and a bunk set in the third room - great for the kids! Other amenities include a screened porch, a sun porch, and an enclosed H/C outdoor shower.You'll be a short walk from the beach, the fishing pier, the general store, and the ice cream shop, and a few minutes' drive from restaurants, a grocery store, shops, and Sunday night concerts at the pavilion by the bridge. BED LINENS PROVIDED (BEDS IN BEDROOMS ONLY) FOR WEEKLY RENTALS. NO TOWELS PROVIDED but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts. No Pets. No Smoking.

Overall

This house is in a great location, close to the general store, ice cream shop and restaurants. All are walkable. You have a clear view to the ocean from the front porch where you can sit under the shade of 2 beautiful palm trees. The back deck has a great view of the canal. It also has a nice dock so you can bring your own boat/kayak. There is a cute little screened-in porch off the kitchen which is perfect for morning coffee. There is also plenty of shady space under the house to eat and grill out. Great house for spending lots of time outdoors!
