Gorgeous, 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom - brand new home!  This home has an inverted floor plan to maximize the best views Holden Beach has to offer.  Three of the bedrooms have King beds with connected baths, and the 4th bedroom has a Queen/Queen Bunkbed with close access to the bathroom in the hallway. All bedrooms have their own TV's. Relax in your own private pool, enjoy the innate beauty our island has to offer from the covered front and back decks or chillax in the sitting room and read a book if you’re not a pool, beach or tv person.  1040 Break has it all!  

The home has a residential elevator to help with assistance of carrying your luggage between floors.  This makes unpacking a breeze!  Please follow displayed rules and instructions.

The well-appointed kitchen boasts a gas range/oven, refrigerator, built-in microwave, and dishwasher.  Upstairs living area features large screen TV.  The natural light is opulent and the decor is beach chic. There is all new furnishings throughout this lovely home.

After a great day on the beach or at the pool, you have an enclosed private hot and cold outside shower for those who would rather enjoy as much fresh air as they can. 

Just a short walk to the beach access.

Bed Linens (Beds in bedrooms only, Beds made on arrival), Towels and Bath Mats are provided for all rentals.

The house was perfect for our family trip—there were 9 of us, and we had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The beds were super comfortable, which made a big difference after long beach days.One of the best features is the easy beach access, just a short walk across the street. The private pool was a great bonus, especially with the heated option, since the weather was a bit cooler during our stay.The surrounding area was peaceful and welcoming. We loved how close we were to everything—ice cream shops, a park, and even a basketball court with pickleball and tennis nets just minutes away. Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly, which made the trip even more enjoyable.We’re already talking about coming back soon. Highly recommend this property for a fun and comfortable beach getaway!

Stayed at this house for three days with my family and had a great time! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The heated pool was great. Super close to beach access, would definitely come back again!

We have stayed in lots of rentals, 1040 Break is the best one yet! This home was the perfect family spot. The beds are super comfortable, the kids loved that each room had its own television. Having a pool was perfect for those that didn’t want to go beach and perfect for those that wanted to take a dip after the ocean. Also a great place to hang if you have a rainy day. We will be back for sure. Thanks for the best vacay EVER, 1040 Break!

The stove took some time to figure out but it was a good size and worked well. Overall, we liked the layout of the cottage. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room.
