Enjoy 1040 Break, a gorgeous 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom oceanfront home with an inverted floor plan designed to capture the best views Holden Beach has to offer. Three bedrooms feature king beds with connected baths, while the fourth bedroom has a queen/queen bunk with nearby hallway access to a full bath. All bedrooms include TVs for your entertainment.

Relax in your private pool, unwind on the covered front and back decks, or curl up in the sitting room with a good book. The home has a residential elevator to make moving luggage between floors easy.

The well-appointed kitchen features a gas range/oven, refrigerator, built-in microwave, and dishwasher. The upstairs living area boasts a large screen TV, and natural light floods the home, complementing the stylish beach-chic decor and furnishings throughout.

After a day on the beach or by the pool, enjoy the enclosed private hot/cold outdoor shower. Beach access is just a short walk away.

Included Amenities with Weekly Rentals:

  • Beds are made upon arrival for a stress-free start to your vacation.

  • Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only), towels, and bath mats are provided.

The house was perfect for our family trip—there were 9 of us, and we had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The beds were super comfortable, which made a big difference after long beach days.One of the best features is the easy beach access, just a short walk across the street. The private pool was a great bonus, especially with the heated option, since the weather was a bit cooler during our stay.The surrounding area was peaceful and welcoming. We loved how close we were to everything—ice cream shops, a park, and even a basketball court with pickleball and tennis nets just minutes away. Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly, which made the trip even more enjoyable.We’re already talking about coming back soon. Highly recommend this property for a fun and comfortable beach getaway!

Stayed at this house for three days with my family and had a great time! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The heated pool was great. Super close to beach access, would definitely come back again!

We have stayed in lots of rentals, 1040 Break is the best one yet! This home was the perfect family spot. The beds are super comfortable, the kids loved that each room had its own television. Having a pool was perfect for those that didn’t want to go beach and perfect for those that wanted to take a dip after the ocean. Also a great place to hang if you have a rainy day. We will be back for sure. Thanks for the best vacay EVER, 1040 Break!

The stove took some time to figure out but it was a good size and worked well. Overall, we liked the layout of the cottage. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room.
