There is a spacious guest storage room for your use under the home. Pool is closed Nov-March. BED LINENS PROVIDED (BEDROOMS ONLY) FOR WEEKLY RENTALS, NO TOWELS PROVIDED but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts. Beach access conveniently located across the street (between 1127 & 1129 OBW).

My family and I had a wonderful time at 2ice as Nice. Beautiful property. Our favorite spots were the top front covered porch (view is amazing) with its delightful breezes anytime of day and the relaxing pool! So Nice! 2 things to improve on would be more comfy mattresses( ones in house are def adaquate though) and more beach equipment. This house was so convient to the beach and so nice. We would love to return.

This home was perfect for our family. The floor plan was laid out so well that even though the square footage was not exceptional, it was spacious with lots of storage. Loved the two master suits. Our first time having a pool and we enjoyed it immensely. Great view, great beach access right across the street. Thank you homeowners for sharing your wonderful home. I saw you are selling it. Sure wish I had money. I would definitely buy it.

Great house! Wonderful close access to the beach, lovely pool, with a soul soothing porch to sit on and watch the waves roll in. We will definitely book 2ice As Nice again!
