Description

Blue Sunset is a charming beach cottage–style home offering a private pool and easy access to the shore just steps away. This inviting retreat features two master suites on the lower level, each with its own private bathroom. The open floor plan includes a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing meals and gathering with family and friends.

The great room is equipped with a Smart TV, while high-speed internet and HDTV streaming are available in every bedroom for your convenience. Outdoor amenities include an enclosed hot and cold water outdoor shower, a grill, picnic table, and porch rockers for relaxing after a day at the beach. Private beach access is located between 1101 & 1103 OBW.

Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) are provided for weekly rentals. Towels are not provided but may be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

A Welcome Amenity Bag is included with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit. (Guests should still plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.)

Strict 3:00 PM Check-In.

The owner utilizes outside cameras for security purposes only.

We are so pleased with this property. Everything was wonderful and our desire is to return for our annual family vacation. Your staff has been great and accommodating on any request we have needed. The tent service was prompt and made our beach experience wonderful. We will definitely be back and have tried to follow all the request from your directions. This property had everything a family would need to enjoy the beach. This place will be a do over!! Well kept, beach items to use if you forgot yours, kitchen well stocked and the pool was refreshing after a hot day at the beach.
