Description

Enjoy the best of coastal living in this inviting deep-water canal home, offering effortless boating access and a direct beach entrance just steps away at the end of the street. Designed for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment, the home features a welcoming front porch, a full-width back deck, and a private floating dock with ramp, perfect for boating, kayaking, or casting a fishing line. A spacious sun deck with built-in seating and a fish-cleaning sink overlooks the canal, creating the ideal setting for taking in the views.

Inside, the comfortable living room includes a 46" flat-screen TV, with additional TVs in every bedroom for added convenience. Stay connected with high-speed WiFi, and enjoy thoughtful touches such as ceiling fans throughout, an extra freezer, and plenty of storage. An enclosed two-car garage provides secure parking and a dedicated storage area available for guest use.

After a day on the water or at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower and unwind on the deck as the sun sets over the canal.

Bed linens, towels, bath mats, a kitchen towel set, and a Welcome Amenity Bag are provided for weekly rentals.  All beds will be made upon arrival.
Pet-friendly with paid pet fee.

This is the second year we have stayed in this house and the overall layout for gathering with family and friends is great. We also love having the ability to bring our dog on vacation with us. The beach access is super close and easy. The canal access and secure storage under the house is a huge benefit for our paddle boards and kayaks that we use daily in the canal and ICW. The house is in the perfect location to the pier, General Store and Ice Cream shop as well.

We found the rental to be clean, comfortable, and modestly furnished/decorated. Loved all the outdoor rockers and seating. The outdoor shower was wonderful! Garage space would be great for families with little kids on a rainy day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! Thank you!

Do-Little-Dock was a conveniently placed, clean, and comfortable house. We liked having the garage underneath the house for storage for our beach gear and golf cart. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of equipment for cooking meals. The house is in short walking distance to the beach, pier, and other entertainment for us and our two teenagers. The dock was great for our boat, floats, fishing gear, crab pot, and minnow traps. We had a great time at this property, and we have already booked a week for next year.

My family and I have stayed at this property 3 out of the last 4 years. We enjoy the location of the property. We like to fish, so the canal gives us access to fishing whenever we feel like fishing. It is also very close to the pier and a public beach access as well. It is also close to the general store, ice cream shop, clothing store and the dog park for our dogs. All are in walking distance from the home.
