Fish ’N Chips by the Sea is a spectacular, Friday-to-Friday rental offering luxury coastal living at its finest. This custom-built oceanfront home features 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, designed to deliver comfort, style, and unforgettable views.

Take in uninterrupted, breathtaking ocean vistas from two levels of covered decks, or unwind in your private oceanfront swimming pool, just steps from the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. For guests who need to stay connected, the home offers extended high-speed WiFi, making it easy to work remotely while enjoying beachside relaxation.

This exceptional home truly has it all. Every bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom, TV, and ceiling fan, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, two beverage refrigerators, double wall ovens, and two dishwashers, making meal prep effortless for large groups. Ample seating is available between the large dining table and kitchen bar.

The upper level features a cozy sitting area with a large-screen TV, while the laundry area includes two washers and two dryers for added convenience. Although there is no cable service, all TVs are smart TVs, allowing you to stream your favorite movies and shows via Merge TV.

After a day at the beach or pool, rinse off in one of the two enclosed outdoor showers with hot and cold water. Enjoy friendly competition with a game of cornhole, fire up the gas grill, or relax in the outdoor cabana area under the home, complete with a full-size refrigerator and TV—perfect for casual outdoor entertaining.

A residential elevator is available to assist with transporting luggage between floors (please follow posted instructions).

Ready for Bed: For weekly rentals, all bedroom beds are made prior to arrival with fresh linens. Towels and bath mats are also provided, so you can settle in and relax from the moment you arrive.

From sunrise to sunset, Fish ’N Chips by the Sea offers an unparalleled oceanfront escape you’ll never want to leave.

Pool may be heated from September - May upon advance notice for an additional fee. Pool can be heated to a maximum of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature.  Pool heater cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees.  Please call for more details.

Wow!!! We spent our 4th of July weekend at Holden this year. I can say, without reservation, that this is the most luxurious and relaxing beach vacation we have EVER experienced. From the design to the amenities and beach access, all possible needs and wants have been thoughtfully considered. Worth EVERY penny! If you want to know how to do a beach rental right, make sure you have a stay here! We’ll be back!

We have stayed at Holden Beach for the past seven summers and this home is by far the prettiest home we've rented. The whole house has been very thoughtfully furnished and is so enjoyable to stay in. Thanks for the lovely home, we had a great week.

This beach house ruined all other rentals for us- in the best way!The owners have truly thought of everything. Unlike other places we've stayed, this home comes stocked with thoughtful extras: toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen with an unlimited variety of spices, and access to tons of entertainment subscriptions. Nothing is missing.The house is spacious enough for multiple families without ever feeling cramped. Each bedroom having its own bathroom is a huge plus. The decor is modern, tasteful, and high-quality—nothing feels cheap.The location is also perfect: close to a grocery store and great local eateries. And the downstairs pool area? Incredible. It has double outdoor showers, a grill, TV, and more. This is the ultimate family vacation home. We’ll have a hard time staying anywhere else after this.

We absolutely loved this property and would highly recommend it to everyone! The owners have thought of everything- fully stocked kitchen with many extras such as plastic baggies, foil, dishwasher soap, dish soap, spices etc, hand soap in every bathroom, tissues, phone chargers in every bedroom, coffee station with filters and pods, pencils, batteries, garbage bags, beach chairs, laundry soap provided, so many extra touches throughout the house - too many to mention! The location was perfect, the house is beautifully decorated and furnished. Our family of 14 was lucky enough to spend two weeks at this property and will definitely return! We’ve been coming to Holden Beach for 22 years and this was definitely one of the best properties we have stayed at.
