Before purchasing this property in 2019, the current owners spent 17 years vacationing in oceanfront rentals on Holden Beach. Drawing from that experience, they have thoughtfully created a home that delivers everything guests want and deserve, inside and out.

Step into the inviting great room featuring timeless wood walls, a dramatic cathedral ceiling, and breathtaking ocean views. Wood and ceramic flooring run throughout the home, adding both style and durability. The fully updated kitchen offers granite countertops, modern stainless-steel appliances, and a complete stock of cookware, utensils, and essentials—making family meals easy and enjoyable. Bathrooms have also been tastefully updated for added comfort.

Outdoor living is just as impressive. Relax on the covered oceanside deck, unwind on the sundeck, or follow the private boardwalk with built-in benches straight to the shoreline. The private swimming pool, park-style charcoal grill, and beautifully landscaped surroundings create the perfect setting for gathering, grilling, and making memories. A spacious covered street-side porch offers even more room to spread out and enjoy the coastal breeze.

Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only), towels, and bath mats are provided for weekly rentals. Beds are made upon arrival for a stress-free start to your vacation.
A Welcome Amenity Bag is included with starter items: toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit.
(Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional supplies once starter items are used.)

We love the property! Great beach access. The house is exceptionally clean and well cared for with all possible needs and wants! They appear to continually make updates.The view is spectacular! We enjoyed the local restaurants.We would highly recommend this house 😊
