TVs, HDTV flat screen (great room), WIFI, ceiling fans, enclosed outside shower, port-a-crib and high chair, and excellent beach access (between 1163 & 1167 OBW). Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) and Towels are provided for Weekly Rentals only.

We have stayed at several beach houses over the past 30+ years and this house has been wonderful to stay in. It was well stocked in the kitchen, probably one of the few that had just about everything a person would need to cook meals. Some houses we stayed in was pretty sparse in the kitchen. Enjoyed the rocking chairs on the front porch where we spent so much time just watching the ocean. A very welcoming house and was very homey and comfortable and very clean. Loved the oil paintings throughout the house. Our compliments to the artist. Great beach access across the street. Plenty of hot water and water pressure! A well maintained house. We would definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful property-spacious, open, inviting and comfortable. We plan to rent this house every summer it is available! The upper front porch is amazing - spent many hours out there rocking my 7 week old grand-daughter!

This home was cozy, comfortable and very inviting. The upper porch gave us a beautiful view of the ocean and a wonderful breeze. The layout was spacious and very open. Between family and friends, we had a total of 7 houses rented during this week and this one was voted best overall. We felt very comfortable and relaxed here.

We loved this house! Had everything we could possibly want (except for a Keurig, but that's asking too much 😊). The flipped floor plan was fantastic, allowing us to watch the ocean from the porch 💜Beautifully decorated, very comfortable furniture.

The website is very good. It gives an excellent explanation of the area and what visitors should expectIn their visit.Even when the weather is dreary Holden Beach is delightful.The property we rent every year is "just right" for our family of eight.
