Description

Majak Moments is a spacious oceanfront home perfect for large family gatherings. This 7-bedroom, 5 ½ bath oceanfront retreat offers stunning Atlantic views and plenty of room to spread out and relax. The open main living area features ample seating and expansive oceanfront windows, while an extra-large upstairs sitting area with TV provides additional space for kids or group lounging.

The fully equipped eat-in kitchen is ideal for cooking for a crowd and includes dual appliances, extra cookware and serving pieces, a Keurig coffee maker, and an Insta Pot Duo Crisper. A large dining table with additional nearby seating makes family meals easy and enjoyable.

This home offers an elevator for convenient access between floors and includes two handicap-accessible bathrooms, making it well suited for multi-generational families. Smart TVs are located in the main living areas and select bedrooms. Family-friendly extras include a pack n’ play, high chair, and safety gates.

Outdoor amenities include oceanfront decks with rocking chairs, a large oceanside deck perfect for gathering, and a private pool with surrounding deck space and lounge seating. Pool heater available with surcharge (see details below).

A welcome gift is included to start your stay off right.

Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only), towels, bath mats, and beds made upon arrival are provided for weekly rentals.

  • Pool closed October 31 – March 31

Pool heater available with surcharge (not available June–August). Pools are heated to a maximum of 87–88°F and can maintain temperatures approximately 8–10°F above the outside temperature. Pool heaters will not operate if the outside temperature falls below 55°F. Please call ahead to schedule pool heat.

For the first time in 30 years of coming we had our WHOLE family in 1 house. It was PERFECT! We didn't think the pool was going to be use, however 2 of my grandchild learned the doggie paddle and the others loved it as well. We could tell it was a very used but loved house.

Majak Moments was perfect for us. The elevator and the ramp access made mobility easy for my parents. Without this it would have been much more intimidating for my mom to go to the beach and for my dad to come and go. The pool was great (surprisingly useable this early in the season). My mom love going in and spending time there with others the first day, but it was a struggle for her to exit the pool and needed assistance with the steps (so she didn't return the rest of the week). The kitchen and its double appliances were spectacular, especially for a family that loved to cook and eat together. Absolutely fantastic! We have never stayed that far west at Holden, but I truly enjoyed that area. So much more to say, but it was grand!

Absolutely loved this house. We have never stayed in a rental home that has such an accommodating kitchen. Every appliance and cooking tool is available at this house. There’s ample storage,and the owners have labels to make sure each item is in its place. We appreciated their attention to detail. We are a family of cooks, so having this kitchen for a week was amazing. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and are well insulated from outside noise. Living areas accommodated our large family perfectly. The pool and oceanfront location made our vacation one to remember. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay at Holden Beach.

We had a wonderful vacation stay the only thing we would like to suggest is that you would have ramps all the way to the bottom floor Incase of fire elevator would not have been available for our handicapped father.

This house was the best vacation rental we have ever had. When you have someone in a wheelchair it is hard to find just the right place that works for you. This house had everything we needed. Having the house so accessible made our vacation so enjoyable and pleasant. I can't thank the owner of the house enough for the thought that went into making this such a great place to feel like home.

Beautiful, spacious, and airy. A delight, one of the nicest houses we have stayed in during our 11 years coming to Holden Beach. Kitchen was fully stocked with HUGE island. Double refrigerators, sinks, ovens,and especially dish washers made cooking and cleaning up a breeze. The pool was better than expected, clean, with ample seating for all. None of us wanted to leave at weeks end.
