The bright, open-concept living and dining area is filled with natural light and showcases stunning waterway views through large windows. Luxury vinyl plank flooring runs throughout both levels of the home, with carpeted stairs adding extra comfort. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the essentials needed to prepare anything from a casual breakfast to a fresh seafood dinner.

After a day at the beach or on the water, relax in the living room with movie night on the 70" Samsung Smart TV. Each bedroom also includes a 42" Samsung TV, and high-speed fiber internet makes it easy to stream, work remotely, or stay connected during your stay.

This home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests, with additional sleeping options including a sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper chair (linens for sleeper furnishings are not provided).

Step outside to enjoy peaceful waterway views from the deck, or head to the private community dock where guests can launch kayaks, fish, or take a leisurely stroll over the marsh. The dock also serves as a beautiful lookout point for sunsets over the water. Private beach access is conveniently located just a short walk away at the end of the street.

Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) are provided for weekly rentals only. Towels are not provided but may be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

This home is not pet friendly; however, the owner occasionally brings a personal pet to the property. Guests with pet allergies may wish to consider an alternate home.

Great house. Great location. Easy access to the beach. This is the first time in 20 years we have not stayed on the beach. This house and location was a wonderful place to stay. At the end of a cul-de-sat, we had a wonderful view of the inter coastal and the sunset. Very easy and quick walk to the beach. Very nice house.

No Egrets is a lovely home and we had a wonderful experience staying here! Our vacation started off with a sweet note from the housekeepers expressing hope that we would enjoy our week and telling us where to find our bath mats. Additionally, the house was spotlessly clean and very well stocked. The location was phenomenal and we definitely enjoyed the exclusive access (our street and one other) to the long dock that winds through the marsh. We spent quite a bit of time on a cozy side porch, watching the exquisite sunrises and sunsets over the marsh. After 19 years of vacationing at Holden Beach, this is one of our very favorite homes and Coastal Vacations is our favorite realty company (and we have tried them all)!
