The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the essentials needed to prepare meals with ease — whether you’re cooking a fresh seafood dinner or enjoying a quick breakfast before hitting the beach.

Modern Entertainment & Connectivity

Relax in the spacious living room and enjoy movie nights on the 70" Samsung Smart TV, or retreat to one of the bedrooms, each featuring its own 42" Samsung TV. The home is also equipped with high-speed fiber internet, perfect for guests working remotely or streaming their favorite shows during downtime.

Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements

This home comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests, with additional sleeping options including a sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper chair — great for kids or extra family members.

Bed linens provided (Beds in bedrooms only) for weekly rentals. (Linens for the sleeper sofa and twin chair are not provided.)

No Towels provided can be rented.

Outdoor Relaxation & Waterfront Access

Step outside and take in the serene waterway views from your deck or head to the private community dock, where you can launch a kayak, cast a fishing line, or enjoy a peaceful walk over the marsh. The dock also offers a scenic lookout point — the perfect spot to watch the sunset light up the evening sky.

When you’re ready for some sand between your toes, the private beach access is just a short walk away at the end of the street.

Note: While this home is not pet-friendly for guests, the owner occasionally brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with severe pet allergies may wish to consider an alternate home.

Great house. Great location. Easy access to the beach. This is the first time in 20 years we have not stayed on the beach. This house and location was a wonderful place to stay. At the end of a cul-de-sat, we had a wonderful view of the inter coastal and the sunset. Very easy and quick walk to the beach. Very nice house.

No Egrets is a lovely home and we had a wonderful experience staying here! Our vacation started off with a sweet note from the housekeepers expressing hope that we would enjoy our week and telling us where to find our bath mats. Additionally, the house was spotlessly clean and very well stocked. The location was phenomenal and we definitely enjoyed the exclusive access (our street and one other) to the long dock that winds through the marsh. We spent quite a bit of time on a cozy side porch, watching the exquisite sunrises and sunsets over the marsh. After 19 years of vacationing at Holden Beach, this is one of our very favorite homes and Coastal Vacations is our favorite realty company (and we have tried them all)!
