Our Sand Dune invites you to enjoy a classic oceanfront getaway, perfect for creating unforgettable memories with family and friends. This traditional oceanfront cottage offers covered porches on both levels, providing plenty of space to relax in the shade while taking in stunning sunsets and refreshing ocean breezes.

A sundeck along the private boardwalk to the beach allows you to soak up the sun without the sand, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors at your own pace. Inside, the home features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, along with an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area designed for gathering. The dining area comfortably seats 14 guests, making shared meals a breeze.

Sleeping accommodations include 2 king beds and 3 queen beds, and all bedrooms are equipped with TVs and ceiling fans for added comfort.

Additional amenities include WiFi, washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a foot shower, and a picnic table—everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation.

Included With Weekly Rentals:

  • Beds are made upon arrival — this home comes ready for bed for a stress-free start to your vacation
  • Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) and towels are provided for weekly rentals only
  • Welcome Amenity Bag included with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit

(Guests should still plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.)

We started staying in this house in 2017 and have rented it every year since for our family summer vacation. Love all the updates they did. Love the location of the house. We kinda look at it as our second home and look forward to it every year. We always book 2 years out so we aren’t so sad when we have to leave!!

Very nice. Nice furniture. Was very clean Nice white everything which is so bright and clean. Lots of outdoor chairs. Super nice tv’s in every room. All in all will try to rent it again!!!
