The home has a residential elevator to help with assistance of carrying your luggage between floors. Please follow displayed instructions.

Enjoy multiple gathering spaces, including two spacious living areas, ideal for families or groups seeking room to relax.  Welcoming great room features a cozy fireplace and sweeping ocean vistas.

The gourmet kitchen is beautifully appointed with upgraded appliances, a separate ice maker, wet bar, and all the tools you need to prepare meals with ease. Little ones are accommodated with a high chair and port-a-crib, making this home wonderfully family-friendly.

Outdoor living is exceptional, with expansive covered porches, wide sun decks, an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, and a picnic area complete with a charcoal grill—perfect for dining al fresco after a day at the beach.

Entertainment and connectivity abound with a Sony 42" TV and high-speed wireless internet to keep everyone comfortable and connected.

Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only), towels, and bath mats are provided for weekly rentals. All beds are made upon arrival for a seamless, stress-free start to your vacation.

A Welcome Amenity Bag is included with starter items: toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit.
(Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional supplies once starter items are used.)

This was our family's third year staying at PawPaw's Place. We have people ranging from 9 to 89 in our party and the home fits our needs perfectly. We love the beautiful views from the kitchen/family room. The beach is only a few steps away which makes it very convenient for anyone with kids. We eat out a lot while on vacation but when we do cook, we have everything we need in the kitchen. Reserving the home and arrival/departure is a breeze.

This was a wonderful vacation spot. The house is big enough for 13, and has a very well stocked kitchen. It is beautifully decorated with gorgeous views of the ocean. Quick access to the beach. We will visit again.

Awesome! Loved that the AC worked well, fridge was cold and loved the ice machine. Always had hot water for a shower! Very comfortable house! Would definitely come back!

We loved our stay.Rooms well appointed, very comfortable.We only nine instead of fourteen plenty of spacefor different activities age groups.Great place for our family.We were there for a large family reunion.Our firstin Holden Beach NC and it was the perfect place! We hope to be back.

We found Paw-Paw's Place to be fantastic!! Most of the time we rent a place and the beds are totally uncomfortable but not this home. We greatly appreciate them sharing there vacation home with us. Holden Beach has been my destination since around 1980 and it will continue to be my favorite vacation place. Keep it simple, keep it family oriented and don't ever go to the commercial crap!! Thanks

Paw Paws Place was perfect for our family and so beautifully furnished and my one son liked the desk area as he was taking conf. calls. Liked the full view of the ocean in the living room and the view from the kitchen window. Being the oldest member, the white rocking chair porch was a delight with the birds flying low over it. My adult children and grandchildren loved this house, too. The elevator was nice unloading and checking out. A Perfect House - felt like home
