Plan Beach is a delightful 2-bedroom, 2-bath duplex offering ocean views and an easy short walk to the beach. Start your day on the covered front porch, listening to the sound of the waves, or enjoy meals on the spacious back deck while spotting island wildlife in the nearby nature reserve.

Inside, you’ll find new appliances and a fully stocked kitchen, making entertaining simple and convenient. Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout means you won’t have to worry about sandy feet—or paws—in this pet-friendly home.

Additional amenities include WiFi, dishwasher, washer and dryer, charcoal grill, outdoor hot and cold shower, porch rockers, and comfortable outdoor seating, providing everything you need for a relaxing coastal stay.

For weekly rentals, bed linens (for bedroom beds only) and towels are provided.

A Welcome Amenity Bag included with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit. (Guests should still plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.)
