Sea Biscuit offers a fantastic beach location and the perfect place to unwind, featuring a large private heated pool (pool heat available for an additional fee). This charming coastal retreat blends comfort, convenience, and thoughtful amenities to create a relaxing and memorable beach vacation.

Sea Biscuit features four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, all on one level for easy living. The bright interior showcases hardwood floors throughout, tasteful coastal decor, and a comfortable living area with upgraded furnishings. Entertainment is covered with a 50” flat-screen TV in the living room, cable TVs in every bedroom, and high-speed WiFi.

Step outside to enjoy the beautiful oceanside deck, outdoor shower, and ample parking. Additional conveniences include a locking guest storage room, making beach days even easier.

Included Amenities with Weekly Rentals

  • Beds are made upon arrival for a stress-free start to your vacation

  • Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) and towels provided

  • Welcome Amenity Bag with starter toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen kit, and bathroom kit
    (Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.)

Important Notes

  • Pool heat is available with advance notice for an additional fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87–88°F and can only maintain temperatures 8–10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate when outdoor temperatures fall below 55°F and will not be activated June–August.

  • This property is non-pet friendly and non-smoking. While the owner occasionally brings a personal pet to the home, no guest pets are permitted. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate property.

The Home and furnishings were wonderful. The pool was very nice. The guest closet was certainly an added edge bonus for storing beach items. We loved staying at Sea Biscuit. We would have enjoyed the option to rent next yar.

Wonderful property. Very clean and great colors. It was so nice to have the bath towels furnished. The heated pool was a big plus since it was a bit chilly this week.

This is a great house - nicely equipped! Bathrooms are a tad dated and could use some extra shelving (for toiletries and such), but it was definitely adequate.

The things that we loved: the pool, beach access, the hose on the walkway to the beach was great for hosing off sandy feet and toys, location, smart tv, tvs in the bedrooms, house had a nice layout

Seabiscuit is a very cute and well laid out house. It is nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The heated pool is really nice outdoor alternative to the beach. It is well maintained and cleaned by the pool service company.

Enjoyed the house. Air Conditioning was not working upon our arrival but we made a call to Coastal and within 30 minutes repair man was there and fixed the problem within a few minutes. Very prompt. Had a great vacation!

Major compliments to the "pool guy." We called about a dirty pool mid-week and he was there within two hours of the call. He made multiple stops throughout the rest of the week and went above and beyond to get the pool clean and refreshing. He's a true professional. By taking care of the pool in the middle of our stay during a very hot week, he saved the vacation!
