Relax and see the ocean from every room in this open floor plan offering kitchen, dining and sitting area with queen sleeper sofa. Beach decor with three flat screen TVs, DVD's, expanded cable, WIFI, washer and dryer. Rest comfortably on new mattresses in both bedrooms with ceiling fans. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker. Small-dog-friendly (under 25 pounds) with payment of pet fee. Under-house parking, private outdoor enclosed shower with hot/cold water, Charcoal grill, boardwalk. Perfect for two couples or small family. Enjoy this special location to DO IT ALL (fishing, shelling, walking to the point and HB mailbox)! BED LINENS PROVIDED (BEDROOMS ONLY) FOR WEEKLY RENTALS. This place was everything it said it was and more.Very Clean, and up to date We loved the location. Our travel companion Jasper had a great time because it was very dog friendly.We are going to book for 2024 and years to come.

I booked my stay based on the beautiful pictures and excellent reviews. I was very happy to see it was as nice as promised. Well stocked, well furnished and maintained, it is cozy, but not cramped. I loved the gate on the deck, so my dog could people watch and I didn’t have to worry. The owners thought of everything with this cottage. It’s obvious they have put a lot of love and care into the maintenance and presentation. I have two more days booked in 2024 to look forward to.

I booked my stay at Sea It All based strictly on the pictures and the wonderful reviews. I was delighted to find it just as wonderful as the pictures and reviews promised. It was very comfortable, very clean and very well furnished. It’s decorated in a tasteful, wonderfully beachy, make yourself at home style. I especially appreciated the gates on the deck, so my dog could relax and people watch in complete safety. These fine folks thought of everything! This is the kind of home you keep coming back to. It’s perfect for a small family or two couples. It’s what a two bedroom beach cottage should be - cozy, but not cramped, retro, but extremely comfortable and maintained. The owners love this cottage, and it shows. That means a lot to me. I am booked for two separate stays in 2024. I can’t wait to get back to Sea It All!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sea It All! The location, layout and the decor were perfect. The kitchen had all the amenities we could want, the washer and dryer were great, and the beds were super comfy. We so enjoyed walking on the beach, working puzzles at the dinner table, and just relaxing in general at this awesome oceanfront property.

Having come down to Holden Beach for the past 7 years(usually 2times a year) This was by far the Best home we’ve ever stayed in. It has the perfect amount of space. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen appliances(loved the Keriug) everything very well thought of. The king size bed is so comfortable. We enjoyed being able to sit on both the front and back decks. Wish there was an elevator but not a deal breaker because this home is Beautiful and we’ll be back.

The owners of this property take pride in their home, that can be seen. The home is beautiful, clean, and the beds are so comfy. We didn't use much kitchen stuff though it seemed to be stocked very well. We loved the location and it is a great dog friendly home with gates on every set of steps. We will be coming back in the future. Had a wonderful week at this property.

i was very pleased with this house. i noticed the new decking on the house when i arrived. nice! there were other upgrades they had done. the roofing had been replaced. the popcorn ceiling was scrapped off, ceiling painted and nice molding added. there were 8 nice new rocking chairs on the front and back porches, along with several side tables, not sure, but had not noticed the recessed lighting in the kitchen/living room area before. all the rugs and floor coverings the house looked freshly cleaned. SEE YOU AGAIN IN SEPTEMBER, WITH GOOD LORD WILLING.

The house is really nice and we loved the location. I love how the house was decorated, so bright and cheery. I love the floor plan and how you can see the ocean from every room. The ocean- side porch is awesome and where we spent every waking moment.

Second year staying at "Sea It All." We have already booked again for next year's vacation.Holden Beach is definitely the beach of choice after vacationing at Ocean Isle and Oak Island/Longbeach. Sea It All has everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay at the beach.

A sweet, clean and comfortable home. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of seating. Kitchen was well stocked and even had a Keurig. Short walking distance to the Pointe. The only negative thing was the parking under the house was super tight for our full size truck. We will surely stay here again!

I have stayed numerous times on Holden Beach and by far this has been the best rental with the best view. Holden Beach is family friendly and not as commercial as some of the other islands.....not naming any. My husband was born and raised in Shallotte and we make a yearly trip to see family. Sea It All is definitely the place we will continue to rent. Everything that we needed for our stay was furnished including beach gear. Furniture and decor was absolutely beautiful and the ocean view amazing!!!
