Description

 

Private West End oceanfront home in gated community. Ocean and Inland waterway views. Four large bedrooms each with full private bath and expanded cable TVs. 37" HDTV w/NETFLIX in loft bedroom. Great room includes living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen w/breakfast counter and 47" HDTV w/NETFLIX and WIFI. Washer/dryer. Ceiling fans in each room. Large, full width sun deck with lounge chairs and cushions, rockers and dining tables with chairs. Large 35' x 15' unheated swimming pool with lounge chairs, cushions, rockers, tables/umbrellas and chairs. Boardwalk directly to shoreline. Beach chairs, boogey boards, beach umbrellas, kids toys and small kids 6' pool. Enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water, park style charcoal grill and ample space under home and outside paved parking. For the very few rainy days, books, puzzles and board games. Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) are provided for Weekly Rentals only. No Towels provided but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

We have been renting with Coastal Vacations since 2008, and have been renting this property since 2010 at least once a year and many years twice a year! This was (we think) our 20th stay at Serenity's Star! Needless to say, our family loves this house, and it's been an important part of our family story. Many thanks for making this such a wonderful property available, and to Coastal Vacations for making it so easy to return every year. We look forward to our next trip in October 2023!

This is approx. our 16th or 17th time staying at Serenity's Star. Obviously, we love this property. :) Thanks to the Nagy Family and to Coastal Vacations for making this experience so lovely for our family every summer and fall.

We LOVE Holden Beach and we LOVE Serenity's Star! It is our favorite beach house at our favorite beach! We especially like coming during the Fourth of July and participating in the parade at the west end. The kids/grandkids have such a great time decorating bikes, trikes and wagons along with dressing in all the red, white and blue! We joined this tradition years ago and love it when we can come during the week of July 4th.

Our family had a wonderful time at Serenity's Star, being in the gated community was almost like having your own private beach this time of year. The large outdoor space and decking around the pool was a wonderful plus to this house. Watching the beautiful sunsets from the end of the island was another plus for this location. We have stayed on Holden Beach several times in the past and this house so far is our favorite (mainly because of the wonderful outdoor)

We love Serenity's Star and Coastal Vacations! This is our 13th summer renting from Coastal at Holden Beach and our 11th summer at Serenity's Star. This house is so perfect for our family and has made our summer time together so special. Thank you for making everything so easy for us. We have stayed at this property 7 times. It is our FAVORITE! In a year where social distancing is a must, we have no problem keeping our distance in this property. We love to spend all day on the beach and enjoy a relaxing time in the pool before a late dinner at home. We love eating on the back deck enjoying our ocean views.The changes in the boardwalk to the beach were awesome! Fewer steps makes everyone happy (older and younger)!We liked the addition of towels to the rental also.

This was our 13th stay at Serenity's Star - starting in 2011 (some years we've come twice!!) We love, love, love this property. It is so perfect for our family. We think of this as "our" beach house and we've made so many happy memories here. Please thank the Nagys for us for making their lovely house available to us. P.S. We LOVE the new couch upholstery in the great room - it's gorgeous!!!!

We love Serenity's Star! We have stayed here for at least 6 years in a row and are planning to return next year. It is a great property in a great location! One of my favorite activities is coffee on the deck in a rocking chair looking at the ocean. We love a full day at the beach to return around 5 for snacks and drinks around the pool before dinner. Dinner outside on the deck (unless it is too windy!) and a ghost crab walk on the beach at night are some other favorites!

Serenity Star has been a fabulous find! It is spacious, comfortable (furniture and beds), fully stocked kitchen with everything you need (except a pizza pan & pizza cutter), incredible pool, deck and great boardwalk directly to the beach. Love the floorplan and the Springtime price! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely love this property! We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the deck,looking at the ocean. We had lunches at the beach, also ocean front and uncrowded and we were able to enjoy all of our dinners outside on the deck with everyone having an ocean view. It doesn't get any better that that!

We loved this house. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was supplied with everything you needed. We brought an electric skillet and Keurig coffee machine from home, but won't need it next year because already provided in the house. My daughter brought a baby pool for her 1 1/2 year old, but they had one of those also. Very impressed with everything provided and how well decorated the house was. Loved the pool. The gated large porch was wonderful also since we had and 1 1/2 with us. Booked again for next year. Only complaint was to not be able to use the elevator for unloading and loading luggage and groceries. Loved being able to rent a canopy through Coastal Vacation Resorts with set up and take down service. We stopped carrying our canopy when we could not leave set up for the week. This service was fantastic.

Beautiful well equipped property!!!! The only 2 small things were the mattresses were uncomfortable and there was no tv (cable) remote for the green bedroom. We love Holden Beach, this property and Coastal Resorts. Thank you to the owners and everyone at Coastal Resorts!!!

This was our 9th stay at Serenity's Star (in 7 years). I can't think of any place I would rather spend a week. We love this house and are thankful to Mr. Nagy for making it available, and to Coastal for making it so easy for us to stay here!!!!

Great property in a quiet section of Holden Beach. Grandkids really enjoyed the pool, with the pool being a big plus. Boardwalk to the beach is also a plus. Found the house very roomy with the open floor plan.

We have rented many houses over the years and have never found one as well equipped. Also, have been to many beaches and found Holden the best yet. My only complaint is the long walk to the beach. It was a great vacation.

We love the house and pool. Having the walkway the whole way to the beach is awesome. We stayed at this property years ago and only had the walkway to the beach half way which wasn't ideal, especially with young children so we were pleasantly surprised to have this. The kitchen is well stocked. The only thing we would have different is the mattresses and pillows. The mattress was hard and pillows were very thin. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Well appointed beach front home. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances, utensils, cookware, and serving dishes one could need. Great assortment of DVDs and board games for rainy day options. Pool and deck well maintained. Overall, a very relaxing place for a vacation.

The house is very nice with spectacular ocean views. We have stayed in the gated community for a number of years. We enjoy the quiet and privacy it offers.
