We had an awesome stay at Skippers Watch! The house was perfect, the view was amazing, the pool was perfect! Everything about this place was perfect for our family! We enjoyed it so much! The kitchen was supplied so well with all the utensils, pots and pans, bowls, everything you need if you cooked in, and we did! We loved everything about our stay! Hope to go back there soon!

The photos speak for themselves, but I wanted to share how lovely this home is - the owners have thought of everything! The kitchen is very well stocked with all items you will need (and if you like to cook meals during your stay, all the tools and cookware are there!). There is also a nice gas grill, and sand chairs & floaters for the pool are in the storage room by the car port. The view is amazing! Wildlife spotting for us this trip - red fox, white tailed deer, and love the pelicans.

The owners have created a wonderful oasis in this home. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need (if you wish to cook with an ocean view). There is also a nice gas grill. The pictures show all the amenities, and there was also a nice welcome bag waiting for us when we arrived (dish liquid, disinfectant wipes, koozies, frisbees, dishwasher pods, etc). There are sandchairs & pool floats in the storage room beside the carport. They have thought of everything!

This was our first time at Holden beach we usually do Emerald Isle but, wanted to try something different. This was a great property the owner has thought of every detail that would be needed from hangers in every room hooks to hang a jacket, luggage rack. Great beach gear and a clean pool although since we had an older person with us would be helpful to have rail getting into the pool but, aesthetically it looks beautiful without.

The property is beautiful. Close to ocean and conveniently located. The house and especially the kitchen is beautifully outfitted. Loved the pool and gas grill. Full complement of beach chairs with cushions, lots of shade as well as sun. Fabulous storage in both bathrooms as well as bedrooms. Thanks for a wonderful two weeks!

We loved this property! Lovely, upscale decor, well maintained and great location! It turned out to be a chilly week for us, but we didn't let that spoil our trip. We watched dolphins, from the deck, almost daily, walked the beach and/or roadside daily, relaxed, traveled to nearby towns (Wilmington, Southport, Calabash), and just enjoyed our time away.

We loved this house! Beautiful, great location, great views, plenty of space. Completely updated, inside and out, decking was great. Too cold for pool but would use that if we'd stayed in summer. Would stay again!

Wow ! What a remodel. We showed up and the house was nothing like the pictures we saw when looking, (the pictures are updated now). This is a great property in a great location. The house was stocked better than any others we have ever stayed at. We have already reserved our beach vacation for next year at this house.

Holden R Breath is the first property we have ever wanted to reserve for the next year. The house is comfortable. The appliances are nice. An ice maker! The kitchen was stocked perfectly. It looks like the owner has started to freshen the place up. It looks good and smells good. It doesn't have a moldy feel to it. The decking toward the ocean could be replaced. It is rotting and some boards are loose. There is also some water damage to the paneling in a few places inside, mostly near windows and doors.

This is a beautiful property and exactly what we wanted. The view is amazing and we loved the original beach cottage layout that lets the breeze through the cottage. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. It is the right combination of comfort and beach casual. Laundry facilities were great. The kitchen is well equipped except for some of the frying pans that have peeling teflon. We didn't know how well equipped the kitchen would be so we brought a few pans with us. But other than that I was very impressed with the kitchen. There are a few places with worn or chipped paint, which I didn't mind, but some guests might. All in all. I would LOVE to stay here again. I was exactly what I hoped for.

Our only problem was the house we reserved was under construction when we got here which was very disappointing. But your staff found us another place since we had our dog with us there was only a couple of places to stay. They were very nice about it the place wasn't what we expected since it was our sons first time at beach we wanted front row too. But we made it work and your staff was great.

Great location, very charming property! Gorgeous views from every direction. House was very clean upon arrival. Home is not as updated as other properties where we have stayed but felt that added to the nostalgic, vintage feel of this cottage. We loved it & definitely plan to return to this property!

The house was great, very, very clean, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything that we needed for any type of meal preparation. Great ocean views and beach access, thank you Coastal Vacation Resorts for great vacation. This was our first time to stay in an ocean front beach house and we loved it. We are already planning our trip for next year to or favorite vacation spot for the last twenty years, can't wait!!

We absolutely loved our vacation home! The decor was beautiful, the kitchen was completely stocked, and it was roomy. We could not have asked for more, from start ( booking) to finish our experience was awesome. The Stevens family cannot wait to come back, and Coastal Vacation Resorts is definitely our new booking office!! You guys rock ♡♡
