Wake up to the sound of the waves in this oceanfront duplex, featuring both upper and lower front decks plus a large, shared deck on the first dune—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

Inside, enjoy a newly updated kitchen, ceiling fans throughout, and high-speed internet so you can relax while staying connected. Outside, take advantage of the outdoor shower, grill, and other thoughtful amenities that make beach life effortless.

For larger groups or family reunions, you can rent both Westside and Eastside together for the full duplex experience.

Shared amenities on the ground level include laundry facilities and an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower.

Linens & Welcome Amenities:

  • Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only),and towels are provided for weekly rentals, with all beds made upon arrival for a seamless, stress-free start to your vacation.
  • A Welcome Amenity Bag includes starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit.
    • (Guests should still plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.)

Westside Duplex was the perfect size for our trip, with fabulous, easy access to the beach. The Westside has a warm, coastal feel, a great kitchen, great windows to open for viewing and listening to the ocean. The rocking chairs on the back deck where the perfect place for early morning coffee and end of the day cocktails. We look forward to coming again.
