Nestled in the dunes of the gated community Dunescape, located on the east side of Holden Beach. This community offers the amenities of a swimming pool, as well as tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts. The inverted floor plan gives you panoramic ocean view along with inlet, marsh and intracoastal waterway views. Professionally landscaped. Three separate living areas (one with a queen sleeper sofa, linens provided for weekly rentals.). A full bathroom is available behind the multipurpose room/living area with the sleeper sofa. Each bedroom offers its own private bath. Mini refrigerator, microwave and sink in multi-purpose room for snacking. Lots of porches and decks for relaxing and entertaining. This beautifully appointed home has carpet, hardwood and ceramic tile floors and ceiling fans throughout. Enjoy preparing meals in your well stocked gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances (double oven, stove, microwave, and side-by-side refrigerator). Enclosed hot/cold outside shower, foot shower, 2 charcoal grills, 2 picnic tables, fish sink & widow's peak are just a few of the many amenities that await you at this spectacular retreat. WIFI, and stereo for your entertainment. A private beach access is only 300 yards away at the end of Serenity Lane. Bed Linens and Beach/Bath Towel Combo are provided for Weekly Rentals only.

Loved the wildlife at the house (deer, frogs, turtles etc).The cabana rental was worth it! Didn’t understand why everyone on the beach didn’t use it.The location was perfect! We would definitely stay in the gated community again so the kids And adults could easily ride bikes, and we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The house was more beautiful than the pictures and descriptions! So much room and space for everyone to have their own spaces to congregate, or have solitary time.

The home we had the pleasure of renting for the week of thanksgiving is nothing short of ideal. Perfectly maintained and appointed. You can't go wrong if you choose Windsong.

This property had the best flow inside on each floor. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.The view was so pleasing especially with the widow's watch above.The privacy of the Dunes also has a great draw. The addition of a beach access in the middle of the ocean font properties would helpful.Coastal vacation was easy to work with and provided great care to us during our stay.

Windsong is a beautiful property. It is very well maintained. My husband and I rented this cottage to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Our three sons and their families including five grandchildren were there as well, making this a wonderful family vacation. We very much appreciated the large and well appointed kitchen. We have been coming to Holden Beach off and on for 30 years. It's is our favorite beach destination.

Beauty, privacy and luxury rolled into one incredible piece of property. We have been visiting Holden for many years. Working with Coastal Vacation Resorts proved to be our best yet. We are already pre- booked for next year.
