Description

Darling retro 1965 oceanfront cottage that takes you back to another day and time! Just steps to the beach, this cheery house has decks on both sides. The seaside deck and sunroom with table & chairs, provide stunning views of ocean sunrise and sunsets. The large marsh side deck has rockers for a serene view. In addition to the full bath, each bedroom has it's own retro sink. Beachy decor with ceiling fans throughout, banana trees and well equipped kitchen are just part of the fun. BBQ grill, queen sofa bed, TV, WIFI and cable. Wonderful ocean views, ideal for couples or small families, pet friendly with payment of pet fee. Sleeps 4-6. BED LINENS PROVIDED (BEDS IN BEDROOMS ONLY) FOR WEEKLY RENTALS. NO TOWELS PROVIDED but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

This was our first trip to Holden Beach and although the drive took about an hour longer that beaches we typically visit, it was most definitely worth it!!! We couldn't have been happier. The house has held its charm from the 60s and has been well cared for. And! The! Beach!!! Right there!!! It was perfect!!! We took advantage of the beach gear points and had umbrellas and chairs available every day. The sand was clean and the waves were wonderful. Not many neighbors so it almost felt like we had all it to ourselves.I can't wait to book another week soon! Thank you so much!!!!-cj
