Dune Deck South is a pristine oceanfront classic located near the front of the privately gated and exclusive HBW community. This elegant duplex offers an ideal setup for families or groups traveling together, with mirrored North and South units that provide the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy. Each level has its own outside entry, and both kitchens are beautifully appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Spacious family rooms open to shaded porches and a sundeck, creating inviting spaces to relax and take in the ocean air. Outdoor amenities include picnic tables, charcoal grills, enclosed outdoor showers, and a private walkway leading directly to Holden Beach’s wide, world-class shoreline. Additional features include LCD TVs in the family room and master bedroom, WiFi, and a washer and dryer located in a finished utility room.

Included Amenities with Weekly Rentals:

  • Beds are made upon arrival for a stress-free start to your vacation.
  • Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only), towels, and bath mats are provided for weekly rentals.
  • A Welcome Amenity Bag is included with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit. (Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.)

Please note that Dune Deck is available as a single combined rental (North and South together) during Prime Season. A $100 discount on the total rental fee is offered when both units are rented together outside of Prime Season.

The owner utilizes outside cameras for security purposes only.

Very nice home...will return again! A few improvements are in order: decking is getting worn, re-caulking in bathrooms needed. Outdoor showers were a nice feature, plenty of parking space, nice utility area. Perfect for a large family.

This was our family's first time to stay in Dune Deck North and South. The living and dining areas were comfortable and provided enough room for us to all gather for meals and to talk and play games. The appliances were new and efficient and easy to use. The TV and wireless worked well. The outside lighting and the white strips painted on the porch steps were very helpful when walking outside after dark or when the bright sun caused excessive glare. Now that all the children are older and can take their own chairs to the beach, the distance of the ocean from the house was not a problem and made our surroundings more natural which we all enjoyed. Having the cabana service available was a real plus! Our thanks to Coastal Vacations Resorts for a delightful week at Holden Beach!
