Description

FINS to the Right is a spacious 2,600 sq. ft. duplex designed for family fun and relaxation. Guests have exclusive access to the large ocean-side pool shared with FINS to the Left. The home features bright, fresh rooms, including a master suite with a wall of windows opening to a private porch. The great room includes a game table, and there is a dedicated kids’ TV area. Amenities include 7 ceiling fans, 3 TVs with movie channels, WiFi, two covered ocean-side porches, two sundecks, and an additional sundeck near the beach access. Outside, enjoy rockers, a picnic table, charcoal and gas grills (guests provide fuel), and an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. Parking accommodates up to 7 vehicles.

Included With Weekly Rentals:

  • Beds are made upon arrival — this home comes ready for bed for a stress-free start to your vacation
  • Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only), towels, and bath mats provided for weekly rentals only
  • Welcome Amenity Bag included with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit

(Guests should still plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.)

Please be aware that although this is not a pet friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home.  Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed on this property.

Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87–88°F and can maintain a temperature 8–10°F above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if outside temperatures are below 55°F and are unavailable June–August.

We love this house and have rented it for several years now. We find it comfortable and accommodating and feel at home there. I already have a hold on our 2025 reservation, placed Jan. 2, 2024.

Fins to the Right was perfect for our family vacation. We also rented the other side since we had 22 in our group. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen we have ever had in a rental. The house had plenty of room and we loved the layout in all of the bedrooms. You don't often find beach houses without bunkbeds so we loved all of the twin rooms. The pool was wonderful and had plenty of seating for our large group. The view from the deck was amazing and we spent lots of time out there. The beach was amazing and we literally felt like we had it all to ourselves. Coastal Vacations Resorts was wonderful to work with and we will definitely use them again.

There was a lot to like about our vacation. First of all the staff in the office that we worked with were terrific and it did not matter who we were talking to. You ladies were great. Some of the services that we had were great to have. The tent service in front of the unit every day was really a treat. And they were prompt and did great. Really nice place.

I couldn’t be more pleased with your staff. My family and I have stayed at Avalon east and west for several years andEvery one of them has been just great. Any problems, of which there have been very few, have been met with immediate, efficient and professional attention. Your entire staff is warm, friendly, accommodating and helpful. One special note: one of my guests forgot her Apple Watch and did not realize it till she was well on her way home. A call to your office assured her that housekeeping would be informed and if the watch were found, it would be mailed back to her. God bless the housekeeper who found and turned in that watch! It was a great relief to this young lady and my entire family is praising this person for her integrity and honesty. And for me, it’s one more thing to credit to the quality of employees of Coastal Vacation Resorts at Holden Beach! A most memorable week that ended up with that watch being found! Looking forward to next year’s stay, I thank all of you very much!

Awesome house! Had 30 for 1 week for a family reunion. This was the main house, of three houses we rented! Pool was great for all! Kitchens were VERY WELL equipped! Great gathering for evening meals!!! Realty company was very accommodating and booking, renting, payments, check in, and check out were very easy. Highly recommend! Have fun!
