Holden Haven is a welcoming beach retreat designed for comfort, convenience, and memorable moments. The casual, open living area is perfect for gathering with family and friends, featuring a well-equipped upgraded kitchen, dining area for 11, and a 50" Smart HD TV. Additional amenities include Roku and games for entertainment, as well as a full private bath with direct access to the porches.

The ground floor renter’s storage area includes a second refrigerator, charcoal grill, and other outdoor essentials to enhance your stay. After a fun day at the beach, refresh in the large outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Beach access is just a 3–5 minute walk away, located between 301 & 303 OBW. Enjoy great ocean views from the upper back deck and covered porch, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

For weekly rentals, bed linens (for bedroom beds only) and towels are provided.

We had a great stay here. This house was very comfortable, cozy and convenient to the beach. We loved the porches and crows nest for stargazing. The beach was nice and not too crowded this time of year. We would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful property, a short walk to the beach. We'll maintained, beautifully decorated and very comfortable for our family. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need! We especially loved the rockers on the decks. Everyone we came in contact with in Holden Beach was so friendly and helpful! A great place for a vacation! A very lovely week.

We love this house! They have such a great kitchen with lots of dishes and pots and pans. We wished the grass had been cut but we know you had lots of rain.

This house was so much better than what the pictures show! Everything, I mean everything was right there waiting for us. It was amazingly clean, the floors, beds, furniture, and everything else were so wonderful. All four bedrooms having their own bathroom really sealed the deal. This may be the best house yet that we have stayed in!! We have rented with several of the management properties on Holden. This is our second time going with Coastal. I feel Coastal has been the best. We will definitely stick with Coastal from now on!

This was our third year to stay at Holden Haven, this is a wonderful house, close to the beach and very roomy. Lots of beach toys at this house for young one to use, we love the porches and chairs to sit in and enjoy the breeze.
