Description

Las Palmas is a charming canal-front retreat offering peaceful waterway living and beautiful views of the canal, Intracoastal Waterway, and expansive marshlands. This 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is tucked away on a quiet dead-end street with minimal traffic, yet remains just a short walk to the beach. Beach access is conveniently located down the street between 567 & 569 Ocean Blvd West.

Water lovers will feel right at home—bring your boat, kayak, or fishing gear and enjoy easy access to the canal from the 26-foot floating dock, suitable for both large and small vessels. The spacious backyard along the waterway is ideal for relaxing and entertaining, featuring a BBQ grill, picnic table, Polywood outdoor furniture, and an oversized deck overlooking the canal. Two covered porches provide plenty of seating for gathering with family and friends, and a hot and cold outdoor shower with dressing area is located at ground level for convenience.

Inside, the home features an open floor plan with high ceilings and three large sliding glass doors that showcase the serene canal views. The updated kitchen overlooks the water and is fully stocked for meal preparation, with an adjacent covered porch perfect for outdoor dining. Additional interior features include hardwood flooring, tasteful décor, stainless steel appliances, central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, and four Smart TVs—one in each bedroom and one in the living area—along with WiFi and Netflix. The primary bedroom is located on the first floor, offering added convenience.

For weekly rentals, bed linens (for bedroom beds only) are provided. Towels are not provided but may be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

A Welcome Amenity Bag is included with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit.
(Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.)

  • Boat lift is not for guest use

  • Exterior security cameras are in use for safety purposes only

Wonderful home with a great location to the beach and waterway ! Our kids loved the short walk to the beach, as well as kayaking in the canal and exploring the marshes and waterway. The back yard was spacious and the house was extremely well maintained. We will be back in 2025, Thanks - Gary !

We had a wonderful stay at 121 Lions Paw, the house was newly renovated and immaculate. Our kids loved the big back yard and spacious dock. We also brought down our boat that had more than enough floating dock space. Proximity to the beach was great for younger kids, and they had beach chairs etc for our use. Overall a great experience, will stay again in 2025 !

The house was great! Loved the fenced in backyard and dock! We had an issue with the A/C midweek, but Coastal Vacations handled it with the owner. The owner fixed it ASAP and we were able to finish our fabulous vacation in comfort. Recommend Coastal Vacations and this home for rental! It is nice to have an owner that cares and responds to rental company as soon as they call with an issue.

The house is great. We love the porch, and my 7-year-old grandson has spent almost the entire time fishing from the dock. We also appreciate that the waterfront is fenced, which keeps the busy baby from launching himself over the side. We love the plush grass - and the fact that the sprinklers come on at 9:00 provides a great signal to the boy that it's time to stop fishing! Oh, I took my 6- and 7-year-old grandsons in with me to pick up the key, and when we got back in the car, they both said, "Those were the nicest people!"
