The top floor serves as the main gathering space and includes a stunning great room, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar seating, dining table for twelve, wet bar, two king suites (one handicap-accessible), a half bath, and a wrap-around deck with gorgeous ocean views. The entry level offers four additional bedrooms with private baths, a second living area, a half bath, a utility room, and another wrap-around deck—providing plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax.

Throughout the home, you’ll find beautiful hardwood floors, ceiling fans in every room, an elevator for easy access, flat-screen TVs, upgraded Wi-Fi, and family-friendly amenities including a crib and high chair. Outdoor features include fully furnished decks on both levels, an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, gas grill, fish sink, and a secluded outdoor living and dining area perfect for enjoying coastal evenings.

Guests will love the walkable location near restaurants, ice cream shops, and the Intracoastal Waterway. Handicap beach access is conveniently located directly across the street between 112 & 116 OBE.

Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) are provided for weekly rentals only. Towels are not provided but may be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.
