Inside, the home offers spacious rooms, tasteful coastal décor, and a well-equipped kitchen that makes settling in effortless. Flat-screen TVs and WiFi keep everyone entertained, while easy beach access is located directly across the street between 1283 & 1285 OBW, making trips to the sand quick and convenient.

Included Amenities with Weekly Rentals:

  • Beds are made upon arrival — this home comes ready for bed for a stress-free start to your vacation
  • Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only), towels, and bath mats provided for weekly rentals only
  • Welcome Amenity Bag included with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit

(Guests should still plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.)

Please note that this home is not pet-friendly for guests, and no pets or smoking are permitted on the property. The owner does occasionally bring a personal pet to the home, so guests with severe animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate property.

We loved the house. We usually stay in larger homes with more family but this smaller one was perfect for our needs this trip. This was the first trip we used this rental company and we were very happy with the service!!!!!!! The staff were all so friendly and helpful.

I love this house! Both front and back porches are great and the views of the marsh are wonderful. It is a very comfortable house and my whole family enjoyed our stay.
