Located in the private, gated community of Dunescape, this beautifully appointed home offers breathtaking inlet views, natural dune landscapes, and convenient beach access in one of Holden Beach’s most desirable neighborhoods.

Thoughtfully Designed for Views & Comfort

The inverted floor plan maximizes natural light and panoramic scenery from the main living areas.

Ground Level:
A private guest bedroom with en-suite bath opens onto covered decking surrounded by the peaceful coastal dunes.

Second Level:
Three additional bedrooms, each with private baths, plus a comfortable sitting area and convenient kitchenette featuring a sink, microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee station. There is also an additional full bath on this level for added convenience. A Queen sleeper sofa is located here, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups. This level is perfect for card games, movie nights, or preparing snacks before heading out to the decks to catch the sunset.

Top Level – The Heart of the Home:
The upper level showcases spectacular views of the dunes and ocean beyond. The bright, airy main living space includes:

  • Full chef’s kitchen with triple ovens

The primary suite, also located on this level, offers private deck access for quiet sunrise mornings and golden-hour evenings.

Note: There is no TV in the main living room, allowing the natural views to take center stage. TVs are located in most bedrooms and secondary living areas.

A residential elevator is available to assist with transporting luggage between floors (please follow posted instructions).

Loved the wildlife at the house (deer, frogs, turtles etc).The cabana rental was worth it! Didn’t understand why everyone on the beach didn’t use it.The location was perfect! We would definitely stay in the gated community again so the kids And adults could easily ride bikes, and we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The house was more beautiful than the pictures and descriptions! So much room and space for everyone to have their own spaces to congregate, or have solitary time.

This property had the best flow inside on each floor. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.The view was so pleasing especially with the widow's watch above.The privacy of the Dunes also has a great draw. The addition of a beach access in the middle of the ocean font properties would helpful.Coastal vacation was easy to work with and provided great care to us during our stay.

Windsong is a beautiful property. It is very well maintained. My husband and I rented this cottage to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Our three sons and their families including five grandchildren were there as well, making this a wonderful family vacation. We very much appreciated the large and well appointed kitchen. We have been coming to Holden Beach off and on for 30 years. It's is our favorite beach destination.
