The lower level features a fully stocked kitchen with an island for additional seating, all-new kitchen appliances, granite countertops, and a farmhouse sink.  LVT flooring runs throughout the home (excluding bathrooms). The dining area seats up to six guests and flows into a cozy living area, all overlooking the beautiful ocean views.

On the lower level, Bedroom 1 is a spacious bunk room perfect for younger guests and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 2, which features a queen bed. Bedroom 3 also offers a queen bed and shares a full bath. Upstairs, the primary master suite includes a king bed, private bathroom, and a small desk—perfect for remote work or planning the day’s adventures. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs for your streaming needs.

Step outside onto the lower-level oceanfront deck to enjoy stunning views, plenty of rocking chairs, and a sundeck for those who want to soak up the sun. A short walk takes you directly to the beach, complete with additional seating and a convenient foot shower. For guests who love outdoor living, the home also offers an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower.

Fire up the charcoal grill and enjoy meals at the nearby picnic table while listening to the ocean waves. The ocean is calling—book 3/4 Time today!

  • Bed linens are provided for weekly rentals (beds in bedrooms only).
    Towels are not provided but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.
    Paper products such as toilet paper and paper towels are not supplied—please bring dishwashing and laundry detergent.

My family and I had a wonderful time at 2ice as Nice. Beautiful property. Our favorite spots were the top front covered porch (view is amazing) with its delightful breezes anytime of day and the relaxing pool! So Nice! 2 things to improve on would be more comfy mattresses( ones in house are def adaquate though) and more beach equipment. This house was so convient to the beach and so nice. We would love to return.

This home was perfect for our family. The floor plan was laid out so well that even though the square footage was not exceptional, it was spacious with lots of storage. Loved the two master suits. Our first time having a pool and we enjoyed it immensely. Great view, great beach access right across the street. Thank you homeowners for sharing your wonderful home. I saw you are selling it. Sure wish I had money. I would definitely buy it.

Great house! Wonderful close access to the beach, lovely pool, with a soul soothing porch to sit on and watch the waves roll in. We will definitely book 2ice As Nice again!
