Natural light pours in through large windows, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

Love to cook? You’ll feel right at home in the modern kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need. Just bring the groceries!

After a fun-filled day at the beach, kick back and relax with your favorite shows on Merge TV with streaming services, available in the living room, both master bedrooms, and a cozy additional sitting area.

Not ready to call it a night? Head out to one of the spacious upper or lower decks and enjoy a stunning sunset or sunrise. With sliding glass doors and easy access to the outdoors, there’s no better place to sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening drink.

Beach access is a breeze — just a quick walk across the street and two houses down (between 1127 & 1129 OBW). Prefer to stay close to home? Enjoy the private backyard pool with plenty of loungers, rockers, and a picnic table for poolside meals and relaxation.

Store all your beach gear in the convenient guest storage located under the house, and rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower (hot and cold water) before heading in for the evening.

My family and I had a wonderful time at 2ice as Nice. Beautiful property. Our favorite spots were the top front covered porch (view is amazing) with its delightful breezes anytime of day and the relaxing pool! So Nice! 2 things to improve on would be more comfy mattresses( ones in house are def adaquate though) and more beach equipment. This house was so convient to the beach and so nice. We would love to return.

This home was perfect for our family. The floor plan was laid out so well that even though the square footage was not exceptional, it was spacious with lots of storage. Loved the two master suits. Our first time having a pool and we enjoyed it immensely. Great view, great beach access right across the street. Thank you homeowners for sharing your wonderful home. I saw you are selling it. Sure wish I had money. I would definitely buy it.

Great house! Wonderful close access to the beach, lovely pool, with a soul soothing porch to sit on and watch the waves roll in. We will definitely book 2ice As Nice again!
