Welcome to Beauty & The Beach – 8B, a pet-friendly tropical retreat offering top-level views of the ocean, marsh, and waterway from both front and back covered decks! Dine on the deck at the hardwood bar table with chairs and rockers overlooking the refreshing pool while enjoying the ocean breeze. Inside, a tropical theme with big, comfy furniture awaits you. Relax in the bonus sitting room with a daybed for a quiet place to read, or let the kids play while you unwind. High-speed internet and 3 TVs provide entertainment for all.

Private pool, tennis courts, and outdoor charcoal grills as part of Captain’s Villas amenities.
Short walk across the quiet street to private beach access (located between 1067 & 1069 OBW) and sundeck for sandy toes.

Included with Weekly Rentals

Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only), towels, and bath mats provided for all weekly rentals
Beds made upon arrival for a stress-free start to your vacation.
Welcome Amenity Bag with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit. (Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional supplies once starter items are used.)

Rules & Restrictions

Captain's Villas guests over 16 must sign a pool waiver prior to receiving key fob; 1 fob per unit opens the gate.
RVs, boats, trailers, golf carts, electric motor vehicles, and similar items are not allowed in the Captain’s Villas parking lot.
Renters may not invite guests to use Captain’s Villas amenities; these are reserved for renters staying at Captain’s Villas only.

Security & Safety

The owner utilizes outside cameras for security purposes only.

Overall

Our entire stay was seamless from check-in to check-out. Beauty and the Beach condo was equipt with everything we needed. The distance from the beach was great and the neighbors were helpful and kind. I cannot wait to return! (Hopefully the pool will be open for our next visit)

We really enjoyed our stay at Beauty and the Beach. We enjoyed talking with other unit condo owners at the pool.The Pool Maintenance Company Ladies were so friendly too.We will be back :}!

This is my second time to rent Beauty and the Beach. It is nicely decorated,good floor plan and beautiful view. I would suggest a hairdryer to be supplied. Only suggestion.. Love it.

Our family has stayed at 'Beauty and The Beach' for many years....our 10 year old grandson took his first steps here!We love the addition, a few years ago, of bed linens supplied. 😊.Most important is the friendly service received from the folks at Coastal. I have also been pleased at the speedyresponse to any request ( a key to the tennis court within the hour!....)Thanks again for making this a special family vacation week.Marian Marshall
