We enjoyed our stay at 1 EZ Access for the Festival By the Sea. It was located perfectly for our needs to attend the festival while enjoying the beach! It was the Best of Both! The only bummer was the storm on Saturday night that demolished the vendor tents which caused the festival to close. We look forward to being back next year!Just a couple of comments - It's weird the two master suites are on the back side of the house without the ocean view. Secondly, the bed in the upstairs master suite is tooo soft for my comfort. Neither of these would prevent me from staying there again, just wanted to mention it.

It's a beautiful house and the furnishings are great! The location is close to the bridge and there is no difficulty getting out onto the main road. There is a nice coffee shop across the street within walking distance. The view from the porch is heaven when sitting in the shade.It would be even more delightful to have had cable for the TV in all the bedrooms.Patti R Mech, Va

The house was super clean and absolutely gorgeous! Did not have one issue during the entire stay. Could not have asked for a nicer home! The location was perfect (it is busier right across the bridge) but that is what we wanted. It was so nice to be within walking distance to the coffee shop (right across the street), and the candy store and ice cream place. My children LOVED that! We had six people total (four adults and two kids, ages 7 and 12), and this house was plenty big enough for everyone to have their own space. Will definitely try and get this home again in the future!
