The well-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and two full-size refrigerators, making meal prep easy and convenient. With two separate living areas, everyone has space to relax, watch TV, or unwind after a day at the beach. Flat-screen TVs are located throughout the home. The upstairs living area also includes two computer desks and a game/puzzle table, perfect for remote work, schoolwork, or family fun.

Kids will love the bunk room, featuring a pyramid bunk and a queen bed, while the primary bedroom offers both a king and queen bed along with a flat-screen TV for added comfort. The open kitchen and living areas flow seamlessly, creating an ideal space for gathering together.

Outdoor amenities include a large outdoor shower and an expanded deck, perfect for soaking up ocean views and fresh sea breezes.

We absolutely love staying at Summer Sandcastle, and have stayed here multiple times. In fact, Iâ€™ve already booked a week for next year! The house is beautiful, clean, well-stocked and a perfect location. An extra perk this time were the beach towels that were provided. This was such a huge space saver in packing and a most appreciated amenity!Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us for a wonderful week of vacation!

The beach is never too crowded. We have been coming to Holden for 30 plus years. We have vacationed in other beaches in N C but Holden is the best . Friendly, helpful to visitors that make staying hear a wonderful time.Thanks

We have visited Holden for 15+ years. This was by far the best house that we have ever had. It was clean, beautiful, more than fully stocked, but very comfortable as well. We had 3 generations together and the upstairs sitting area was perfect. This area of the beach was not as crowded as areas that we have been in in the past.

So big, clean and comfortable. We loved the additional living space upstairs and the great new decking.Of course the rocking chairs were the best part of being on the desk............Ceiling fans in each room was great.Two fridges was so cool, one for drinks, one for food..........Very large kitchen made it easy for all of us to be in there helping make meals.Picnic table on deck was a good idea....we used it often.Thanks for all the toys and puzzles. We took out own but ended up putting oneof the housed puzzles together too.Thank you for a wonderful, memorable time for my family.
