218 Brunswick is a wonderful beach home with a private pool, located in one of the most popular areas of Holden Beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants, candy and ice cream shops, coffee spots, the community dock, and basketball courts. Its convenient location near the bridge allows quick access to mainland shopping, grocery stores, and other essentials.

Inside, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area creates an inviting gathering space for family and friends. The living room includes a twin sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. The home is equipped with WiFi, Roku TV, Blu-Ray player, washer and dryer, garage access, and guest storage for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Outdoor living is a highlight at 218 Brunswick, with multiple porches and decks furnished with rockers and chairs where guests can enjoy the refreshing coastal breeze morning or evening. Easy beach access makes it simple to head out for a day of sand and surf, while a short walk back to the home allows you to relax by the private pool, fire up the gas grill, or enjoy a meal at the picnic table. An enclosed outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Overall

Wonderful house. Owner gives guest so much stuff to use. House was very clean on arrival. Owner had a welcome bag and lots of pool toys, beach gear and umbrellas for guest use. It was nice that every bathroom had hand soap hand towels and toilet paper. Nice property. Would stay here again.

Overall

This house was amazing! Beautiful, clean home with fantastic pool. Plenty of beach/pool toys/floats that we were able to use during our stay. Home was well kept and very clean; updated flooring and furniture. Best house we have stayed in yet down here. We will definitely look into staying in this home again if we have a small group again.

Overall

The property was amazing! It had so much more than most other beach rentals we had in the past. The kitchen was very well equipped, there were tons of pool floats/toys, and plenty of beach gear. The pool was fantastic! The furniture was so nice though would love for the main bedroom to have a king bed.

Overall

This was our second September trip to Holden Beach & we were so so happy and pleased with this house! Not only is it beautiful inside and out, it was extremely clean, cozy, comfortable, & felt like home. We enjoyed the pool and especially found lots of use out of the outdoor shower- helping us keep it clean & free of sand inside! We didn't read the note about the Roku remote until our last day. The remote was extremely uncooperative. I'm sure the app would help out a lot!! The "kitchen towel set" we rented through Coastal for the week was 1 rag & 1 towel, both stained and worn out looking so I wouldn't recommend that. The home did have some kitchen towels and cloths though! Our weather was perfect... a beautiful mix of clouds and sun. We found lots of pretty shells and 2 big shark teeth! We also enjoyed the short walk to the playground, Sunset Slush, & Mermaid's. We would absolutely love to stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful rental. See you next year!

Overall

Our property was amazing! We had no problems what so ever!! The outdoor pool and outdoor living was amazing. The walk to the beach was perfectly mapped out and easy to get to. Also I know it's a small thing but the beds were great and didn't have dips in them like some rental properties we have stayed in in the passed. Just as advertised and a great week for our family. Thanks and looking forward to next summer.

Overall the house was great for our vacation and was just like the description. We especially enjoyed the pool and the outdoor shower after we came in from the beach.
