Unwind on the covered front porch featuring ceiling fans, rockers, a dining area, and a secure gate—perfect for relaxing any time of day. Out back, enjoy the spacious sun deck with lounge chairs. Additional outdoor amenities include:
• Enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower
• Charcoal grill with picnic seating and ceiling fan
• Lockable under house storage stocked with beach chairs and toys

Interior Comforts
The updated, well equipped kitchen features a large island, coffee bar, and mini fridge—perfect for entertaining and family meals. The open living and dining area includes a recliner, two sofas, and a large dining table perfect for gathering together.
Entertainment and convenience abound with:
• Five Smart TVs with streaming capability
• Wi Fi, books, and a DVD player
• Main floor laundry
• Ceiling fans throughout for breezy comfort

Traveling with little ones? Dream Weaver is family friendly and includes a Pack n’ Play, booster seat, and two safety gates.

Dogs are welcome! We include a thorough pet cleaning in addition to our routine housekeeping. (Limited to two dogs, 30 lbs. and under.)

For full week stays, towels, bathmats, and sheets are included—and your beds will be freshly made upon arrival so you can start your vacation right away. (Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.)

We had a great time here. This was our first time staying at this house but our 13th trip to Holden. We would definitely stay here again. The location is great and the house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the porches and outdoor shower. The beds were also very comfortable.

Wonderful property! The bunk room was perfect for my family. We had grandchildren with us and they loved the porches and the beach Close beach access. The street was great for riding bikes.The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was nicely updated. It was very well done! We will return

The property was awesome. Kitchen was well equipped. The house was so clean and I did not see one single bug the entire time. The grass was a little long when we first arrived but it was mowed mid week. The only thing that I can think that would make this property any better, would be a fenced in back yard for the pup!!! Otherwise I would highly recommend this house and would love to stay here again !! First time at Holden beach â€¦ and my entire family loved it !!!

Wonderful house with updated finishes, well supplied kitchen and we liked the easy use of key pad. Comfortable porch with rockers and table & chairs so we spent many hours here, quiet street for children to ride bikes. There are many thoughtful touches like throws for getting cozy when TV watching, good placement on hooks or coat racks in downstairs bedroom and hallway, and comfortable beds. I hope to book again in future.

I was very impressed with the Dreamweaver property! The home was newly renovated and absolutely beautiful on the inside. It was exactly what the online pictures advertised. The home was well furnished and had everything we needed. Well located and easy walk to the beach. We definitely plan to come back.

The home's location on Holden is excellent, and the dedicated beach access was very convenient. The area was quiet and the setting was exactly what we were after for our trip. The kitchen was nicely kitted out -- plenty of dishware, cookware and helpful accessories. The outdoor shower and big porches were enjoyed by all. The A/C indoors functioned very well, and the abundant outdoor fans were a nice touch. The wifi was fast and everyone liked the plentiful outlets and plug-in spots for recharging electronics.
