Two great stays and already looking at the calendar for 2023! We were fortunate to be the first to rent this home in May after the renovation - they were still putting finishing touches on it as we checked in! The location is perfect as is the newly rebuilt private boardwalk to the beach right across the street. Inside the owners have done an excellent job upgrading all the rooms and making it feel like a second home and not a rented beach house. Excellent ceiling fans in all the rooms and on the porches make the a/c unnecessary most days. Outside the pool and deck areas are very inviting as are the front and back porches. We were shocked to see all the beach and pool accessories that were made available - chairs, boogey boards, wagon, bikes and even a Shibumi! Since the house is dog friendly, it would be nice if there was a gate on the front porch to keep pets from running out and down the front steps and near the busy road. And if the owner is looking for how to add to the property I’d say a pool heater or even a solar blanket to help extend the use of the pool into fall and spring. And maybe think about a hot tub and outdoor TV for the back yard?

Amazing, like new. loved the simpleDecor that didn’t get in the way of 6 guests. Well stocked and well organized kitchen. Quite unusual after summer season.
