Description

Holden Haven offers thoughtful amenities to enhance your stay. The casual open living area where all can gather includes a well-equipped and upgraded kitchen, dining area for 11, a 50" HDTV Smart TV, full private bath, and direct access to the porches. Additional amenities include ROKU and games. A ground floor renter's storage area has a second refrigerator, charcoal grill, and other outside amenities. You will enjoy the large outside shower with hot/cold water to finish off a great day at the beach. The beach access is only a 3 to 5 minute walk away with access located between 301 & 303 OBW. Great ocean views from the back upper deck and covered porch. Make this home your Holden Haven. Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) and Towels are provided for Weekly Rentals only.

We had a great stay here. This house was very comfortable, cozy and convenient to the beach. We loved the porches and crows nest for stargazing. The beach was nice and not too crowded this time of year. We would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful property, a short walk to the beach. We'll maintained, beautifully decorated and very comfortable for our family. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need! We especially loved the rockers on the decks. Everyone we came in contact with in Holden Beach was so friendly and helpful! A great place for a vacation! A very lovely week.

Great house...really well decorated and great attention to the details. Beach chairs, wagons and beach toys were a great touch. Crows nest is fantastic!

We love this house! They have such a great kitchen with lots of dishes and pots and pans. We wished the grass had been cut but we know you had lots of rain.

This house was so much better than what the pictures show! Everything, I mean everything was right there waiting for us. It was amazingly clean, the floors, beds, furniture, and everything else were so wonderful. All four bedrooms having their own bathroom really sealed the deal. This may be the best house yet that we have stayed in!! We have rented with several of the management properties on Holden. This is our second time going with Coastal. I feel Coastal has been the best. We will definitely stick with Coastal from now on!

This was our third year to stay at Holden Haven, this is a wonderful house, close to the beach and very roomy. Lots of beach toys at this house for young one to use, we love the porches and chairs to sit in and enjoy the breeze.
