Description

Cypress Hall is located in the beautiful East End Dunescape Community and comfortably sleeps 15, making it perfect for a family reunion or multi-family vacation. Enjoy magnificent ocean views and an easy walk to the community center, which features a pool, cabana, volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts.

The home boasts a large, well-equipped kitchen with two refrigerators and an ice maker. The upstairs sitting room includes a TV, sleeper sofa, and a single sleeper chair (linens not provided), while the downstairs great room features a large smart HDTV for movies and shows. Relax and soak in the views on spacious decks, a screened porch, or in the covered gazebo at the boardwalk entrance to the beach. Other amenities include rockers, a picnic table, grill, and an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower.

Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) are provided for weekly rentals. No towels are provided, but they can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

A Welcome Amenity Bag is included with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit.
(Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.)

The property was comfortable, beautiful, and felt like home. The walk to the beach was somewhat more cumbersome than we expected but the home itself made up the difference.

We have stayed at this home several times. It was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is very well stocked and the ice machine worked great! Loved all the king beds!

Great house for a large group. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is huge so it can accommodate multiple cooks. Know that it's a very long walk out to the beach.

Cypress Hall is a great property that has the feel of being secluded yet not far from the dunes and beach. We enjoyed the extra large main floor ocean front deck, the screened porch, and the extra large kitchen that was well stocked. This was the perfect house for all 3 generations of our family. The lighted boardwalk out to the large Gazebo at the dunes was a unique and great place to spend the evening relaxing to the sounds of the ocean. The large outside shower was a favorite place to freshen up after a long day at the beach. This house is perfect for a large family or multi-family vacation.

Overall this was a great place to stay. Plenty of space, beautiful view, beautiful beach, not too populated. Very child friendly. Great wireless and TV set up. Much appreciate the cleaning fee being included in the cost of the rental.
