This large, spacious oceanfront home is the perfect spot for your family's vacation...upstairs and downstairs living areas, large eat-in kitchen with dual appliances and extras of everything, a huge dining table and extra seating for large family meals. The house boasts 7 recently updated bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, an elevator, 2 handicap accessible bathrooms, 2 new Smart TV's in living areas and in 2 bedrooms, new seating in the main living space, decks off the oceanfront bedrooms with rockers, a large ocean-side deck with rockers and a spacious pool with ample decking for friends and family (pool heater with surcharge). This house can accommodate all ages and stages! Amenities include: baby items -- pack n' play, highchair, gates, Keurig coffee maker, Insta Pot Duo Crisper. A welcome gift awaits your arrival to this beautiful beachfront home! Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) and Bath Mats are provided for Weekly Rentals only. No Towels provided but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

***Pool Heater with surcharge (pool heat not available June - August)***
***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June-August. Please call for more details.***

Absolutely loved this house. We have never stayed in a rental home that has such an accommodating kitchen. Every appliance and cooking tool is available at this house. There’s ample storage,and the owners have labels to make sure each item is in its place. We appreciated their attention to detail. We are a family of cooks, so having this kitchen for a week was amazing. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and are well insulated from outside noise. Living areas accommodated our large family perfectly. The pool and oceanfront location made our vacation one to remember. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay at Holden Beach.

We had a wonderful vacation stay the only thing we would like to suggest is that you would have ramps all the way to the bottom floor Incase of fire elevator would not have been available for our handicapped father.

This house was the best vacation rental we have ever had. When you have someone in a wheelchair it is hard to find just the right place that works for you. This house had everything we needed. Having the house so accessible made our vacation so enjoyable and pleasant. I can't thank the owner of the house enough for the thought that went into making this such a great place to feel like home.

Beautiful, spacious, and airy. A delight, one of the nicest houses we have stayed in during our 11 years coming to Holden Beach. Kitchen was fully stocked with HUGE island. Double refrigerators, sinks, ovens,and especially dish washers made cooking and cleaning up a breeze. The pool was better than expected, clean, with ample seating for all. None of us wanted to leave at weeks end.
