Welcome to Magnolia Cottage on beautiful Holden Beach, NC, where you’ll enjoy full unobstructed ocean views at second row prices. We are located on the East side of the Island where peace and quiet abound. We are only minutes to the causeway bridge and island restaurants. Magnolia has coastal flair and cottage detail! The upper level has 2 large size bedrooms with a Jack and Jill full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen and dining area has space for dinners as well as entertaining around the center island. The living room is beautifully decorated in updated marine colors with comfort for conversation, watching TV, or ocean gazing. Additionally, there are downstairs bonus quarters with its own entrance. This includes a full bath, a queen bed and a washer and dryer closet. The front porch is a must for wine at sunset, coffee at breakfast, or simply rocking to the rhythm of the ocean. BED LINENS (beds in bedrooms only) provided for weekly rentals.  NO TOWELS PROVIDED but can be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

What a beautiful and cozy cottage by the Sea....Tropical storm Idalia arrived during our stay, but we felt safe, secure and the little cottage held up like a Champ! Already booked 2 more return trips in 2024.Note: upstairs toilet is a bit tight for tall folks. Hubby is 6'4". Utilized the downstairs bathroom from his needs.

This was our first time to Holden Beach and Magnolia Cottage was MORE than adequate for our entire family. We loved the easy access to the beach for the kiddos and the gorgeous beach!!! Have to say that leaving and heading back to SNOW in WNY was very hard to do but all the pictures and memories will be with us!!!! :)Future plans - - would LOVE to return to the area and Magnolia Cottage!!!Thanks SO much for EVERYTHING - - our long awaited vacation was EVERYTHING we had hoped for and so much more!!!Take care and have a wonderful day/season!!!The Wolcotts

Magnolia Cottage is a great little place with a wonderful oceanfront view, even though the place is not technically oceanfront. The staff at Coastal Vacation Resorts are excellent and definitely committed to providing outstanding customer service!

One of the best house we have stayed in over the past 40+years. So cozy and comfortable. This house is so well decorated and very clean! We felt at home from the moment we walked in. Great house with a great view!

This property is cozy, comfortable, and chic! We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our holidays. For an older beach cottage- it has been beautifully maintained and decorated. It truly feels like a home away from home, but with incredible ocean views! We've loved every minute of our stay here and can't wait to return next near!

The cottage is nice and the view of the ocean is very good. The front deck could use a little more privacy from neighboring beach houses. The location is not far from the bridge, making it convenient for off-island trips. However, we will not be able to stay here again due to the new no-pet policy. We have visited Holden Beach off and on for almost forty years and this place is on par with the others of similar cost.
